Adds the pit.world global footer server-side: src/views/pit-footer.ts (replacing pfs-footer.ts) keeps a per-host copy of https://pit.world/snippets/footer.html?site= (hourly background refresh, 3s timeout, stale on error, nothing rendered until the first fetch lands), rendered last in . The CSP already allows inline styles.

Trims the footer to two rows: the popular-skills row (tested, kept) and one row with copyright, Popular, Agents, API, Feed, Source. The @profullstack/footer bar (nine links, tagline, webring) is gone; the ring is in the global footer.

The CrawlProof unit sat directly above the footer; it moves to the top of

(standing rule).

Checked: typecheck, pnpm test (885 pass after updating the sw.js cache VERSION the test asks for), and a render of the layout showing one pit footer.

- src/views/pit-footer.ts replaces pfs-footer.ts: the snippet from
  https://pit.world/snippets/footer.html?site=<board host>, a per-host module
cache refreshed hourly in the background (3s timeout, last good copy kept,
nothing rendered if never fetched), last in <body>.
- Footer: the popular-skills row stays; the @profullstack/footer bar (nine
links, tagline, webring) becomes one row: copyright, Popular, Agents, API,
Feed, Source. The ring now comes from the global footer.
- The CrawlProof unit moves from above the footer to the top of <main>.
