Nine pytask-dev repositories duplicate the same zizmor scanning job. Add a reusable workflow that callers can invoke with a pinned commit SHA, keeping their event triggers local.
The job preserves the pytask-stata implementation: checkout of the caller repository, Python 3.13 and uv setup, workflow annotations, SARIF generation, and upload only for trusted pull requests. Callers must grant contents: read and security-events: write. No secrets or additional inputs are needed.
Validation: actionlint and offline zizmor passed; repository pre-commit hooks passed. The pilot in pytask-dev/pytask-stata#158 successfully called this workflow on GitHub, including scanning, SARIF generation, and SARIF upload.
