chore(test): remove assertion-free cases and fold duplicate status checks

• Deletes 5 cases that assert no behavior: the enum literal listing, two no-throw-only checks, the assertion-free message handler, and the export-presence check. Also deletes the helper that is now unused.
• Folds 2 duplicate status-bar cases into their siblings. The stop-command and color assertions are kept.
• The launch-lock race checks and all source-scan cases are unchanged.

Local check: npm test 233 -> 226, all pass.
