docs(mcp): name Wikipedia and MediaWiki in the intro; delete unused placeholder images

Two follow-ups to #31, which is merged (squash 5c27a16 on main), so this branch is based on main.

1. Name Wikipedia and MediaWiki in the /mcp/ intro

#31 retitled the page "Wikipedia & MediaWiki revision-history MCP server". Its first paragraph, which build.mjs also uses as the meta and og:description, named neither.

Before:

refract mcp starts a JSON-RPC server over stdio that exposes the Refract engine to AI agents via the Model Context Protocol. (wikihistory mcp also works.)

After:

refract mcp starts a Model Context Protocol server over stdio that lets AI agents analyze page revision histories from Wikipedia or any MediaWiki API.

• Accuracy, checked against refract origin/main:
  • The analyze, claim, export and get_statement_history tools take an api parameter, described as "MediaWiki API base URL" (packages/mcp/src/index.ts).
  • The client defaults to https://en.wikipedia.org/w/api.php (packages/ingestion/src/mediawiki-client.ts).
  • The page's tool tables already list api.
• The built description is 150 characters, under the 155-character cut, so it is not truncated.
• JSON-RPC 2.0 is still stated in the page's Protocol section.
• The wikihistory mcp alias moved to the Quick start sentence beside the command, so it stays on the page.

2. Delete the unused placeholder images (separate commit)

Removed:

• 18 docs/assets/refract-docs-*.png scene renders
• docs/assets/source.svg
• scripts/generate-scenes.ts and scripts/check-assets.ts, with their package.json entries (assets:generate, assets:check)

Before deleting, I grepped for each filename, source.svg, both script names and both npm script names across every tracked file: docs, build.mjs, social-card.mjs, tests, e2e, .github/workflows/{ci,deploy}.yml, .husky/pre-commit, lint-staged config and package.json. The only references were inside the two scripts and their two package.json entries. The Open Graph image is social-card.png, which social-card.mjs renders at build time. After the build, dist/ contains none of the names.

Also unreferenced, but not deleted because they weren't on the list: docs/assets/refract-docs-demo.gif and docs/assets/refract-ui-diff.png.

Checks

• npm run lint: 0 errors. The 3 warnings are pre-existing noDescendingSpecificity warnings in assets/style.css.
• npm test: 103 of 103 pass.
• npm run build: 53 pages. The build copied 24 assets before and copies 5 after.
