feat(ai): opt-in AI run summary on the HTML dashboard - #168

ai.runSummary groups the run's failures by cause and asks Claude for a short 'what to look at first' paragraph, stored as aiRunSummary in the metrics JSON and shown at the top of the dashboard. ai.runSummary(default off): one API call at suite end that summarises the run's failures grouped by cause, shown as a card at the top of the dashboard and exported asaiRunSummary.AiRunSummarizer, reusingAiFailureAnalyzer's API call, key resolution and timeout.
