### Unreleased

- **AI run summary (opt-in)** — `ai.runSummary: true` adds one short paragraph to the HTML dashboard summarising the run's failures: which same-cause groups account for most of them, which look like product bugs versus test or environment problems, and what to check first. One API call per run, independent of `ai.failureAnalysis`; only grouped error messages and test names are sent (see the data note in the HTML report docs). Absent when disabled, when nothing failed, or on any error; the suite result is never affected. The text is exported as `aiRunSummary` in the metrics JSON.

- **HTML report: pass-rate and duration trend charts** — the dashboard now shows two line charts under the donut and percentile row, built from the last 20 runs in the metrics history (the same `flakiness.historyDir` / `-Dseleniumboot.history.dir` location the Flakiness Radar reads). They appear once there are at least two runs of history and stay hidden otherwise. (#160)

- **Cucumber on the JUnit Platform: quarantine and suite-lifecycle parity** — quarantined scenarios run under `cucumber-junit-platform-engine` are now reported as aborted instead of failed (`TestAbortedException`; TestNG still gets `SkipException`). `SeleniumBootLauncherListener` now also clears the API health cache, loads pre-conditions and starts test-management reporting at test-plan start, matching the TestNG path, and the suite-start work is idempotent. `docs-site/docs/cucumber.md` documents the JUnit Platform runner as the recommended option. (#155, #158)

`ai.failureAnalysis` remains opt-in, bounded by `ai.timeoutSeconds`, and unable to change the suite result. When enabled, the request contains the bounded failure detail above, the rule-based failure category and evidence, the error message, the first 30 stack-trace lines, and the recorded step timeline. This can include application URLs, page titles, locator text, console output, test/class names, and artifact paths. It does not send screenshot or trace file contents. Tests in the same-cause group continue to reuse one analysis.

#### AI run summary

`ai.runSummary: true` (with `ai.apiKey`, independent of `ai.failureAnalysis`) adds one short paragraph to the top of the dashboard: which failure causes account for most failures, which look like product bugs versus test or environment problems, and what to investigate first. It is one API call per run, opt-in, bounded by `ai.timeoutSeconds`, and cannot change the suite result; with no key, no failures, or any error, the card is simply absent.

```yaml
ai:
runSummary: true
apiKey: ${CLAUDE_API_KEY}
```

The request contains only the run totals and, for the largest same-cause groups (at most 8 groups, 5 test names each), the rule-based category, the error message (first 300 characters) and the test names. It does not send stack traces, steps, page content, or screenshot/trace files. The text is stored in the metrics JSON as `aiRunSummary`.
