Release 2.0.0 - #19

1.3.0 was never tagged, so its Calendly entry moves into 2.0.0 next to the removals, minus the data-ym-goal hook it mentioned. Dropping yandex_metrika is what makes this a major version. VERSION, the README pins and the theme's own Gemfile.lock all move to 2.0.0; a frozen bundle install rejects the old lockfile.

Release prep for 2.0.0, split out because #18 merged before this commit reached it. Once this merges, the merge commit can be tagged
v2.0.0directly.data-ym-goalhook it used to mention. Droppingyandex_metrikais what makes this a major version.Dry run of this exact tree in a clean ruby:3.4.9 container: a frozen
bundle install, the demo build andgem build(harvard-style-cv-theme-2.0.0.gem) all pass. With the old 1.3.0 lockfile the frozen install fails ("The gemspecs for path gems changed"), which is why the lockfile moves too.
