proc_fork／COW を使い、BusyBox の MMU 構成（ash／hush）に必要な POSIX 面を pkcl とカーネルに追加します。sys_infosel 4（自分の pid と parent）、sel 5（PROCESS ハンドルの pid）。FND_MAX_PROCS10、FND_MAX_THREADS16。fork/vfork/wait/waitpid/kill/getpid/getppid、pipe/pipe2、environとexecveの環境。setjmp/longjmpをインライン展開。foundation/services/pipe、API §9.5）。全バックエンドで起動。fnd_envc/fnd_env、fnd_exec_t.envp）。killされた読み手へ渡したキーが失われる不具合を修正（キーをキューへ戻す）。memory/を更新。検証
foundation/tests/pkcl（guest_posix.c: COW、waitpid、execve と環境、6 KB の pipe、EOF、EPIPE、setjmp）foundation/tests/shell（VM とFND_MM=nommu）、disk、waxtools/llvm-src32のtest_toolchain -k foundation残り
poll/O_NONBLOCK、シグナル配送、posix_spawn、in-place exec、BusyBox の MMU 構成（ash／hush）での不足シンボルの洗い出し。Closes #168
