WHY THIS MATTERS: Claude Tag (Claude in Slack) has a new way of speaking up uninvited: private suggestions. Before, if Claude wasn't tagged, it stayed quiet unless someone stated a concrete need, and then it could reply once in public. Now it can post a card that only one person can see ("From Claude, only you can see this") offering to take the next step in a thread. That changes how proactive Claude is in shared channels, and admins and users need to know how to turn it off. Claude Code is unchanged at v2.1.316. Nothing was deleted, and the discovery and tombstone files only had their dates bumped.
HIGHLIGHTS:
claude/claude-tag/users/when-claude-responds.md): Claude now has five possible reactions to a channel message instead of four. The new one, "an offer to help", is either a one-line public reply or a private suggestion card.claude/government/desktop/): the import video was re-recorded (v3), and its transcript now says to update Claude Desktop first. Onvideo-walkthroughs.md, the whole "Chat, Cowork, and Code" walkthrough (video and transcript) was removed. It may be getting re-recorded like the import video, so check whether it comes back.discovery.jsonandtombstones.json: date bump only.
