Revert the player-facing WORD JOINER formatting guard introduced by VotingPlugin #1643 and its display-only reward placeholder changes. Preserve unrelated asynchronous reward work. Keep NeoForge's later-added player-message isolation private to its own adapter, without relying on the reverted common formatting utility or altering its reward behavior. As requested, this restores the prior Bukkit external identifier rendering/parsing, removing #1643's hardening on those paths.
Dependency
Depends on BenCodez/AdvancedCore#348. That PR adds the display-only reward placeholder channel used here to preserve exact command/action arguments while keeping externally supplied identifiers inert in formatted output.
Trust boundary
Vote service names arrive from external Votifier and proxy inputs. Those values can be retained as observed sites and used when a site is generated automatically. They later appear in both exact reward actions and formatted player output.
Previously one placeholder value served both contexts. Guarding the stored value broke command arguments, while leaving it raw allowed a trusted template boundary to turn the external value into PlaceholderAPI, JavaScript, or color syntax.
Change
VoteSites.ymlentriesInvalid identifiers are still rejected before processing. Valid identifiers are not rewritten into a different identity, and exact reward commands receive their original values.
