check-helper-runtime-prelink --strict failed with 36 stale units after math/Preg/DateIntervalFormat source drift. Re-emit in Docker and publish to prelinked/helper-runtime/x86_64-linux (360 fresh, 0 stale). Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
