The temporary September meeting-location banner is verified live, and this change makes the repository and officer procedures match that final website state. It does not publish or alter the website.

Officer impact: Prospective members can see the Sept. 19 and Sept. 26 meeting locations on the public site. Officers now have one current record: #685 is live, #659 is the immediate rollback, the Sept. 12 email is already sent, and WhatsApp remains pending action-time confirmation. No officer runs commands, signs in, or handles credentials.
