Docs gate at head 369bf2e2f70c69ffb214d99e6be774f9c833a580, tree 4bb36802d1d734bc3337bd0eb7f67ac095e6d6b8, merge-base fc63afed7 (= origin/main). One new file, +149/−0.
The structural half is exact
I extracted every docs-site/**.mdx row from the table and cross-tabbed it against the real page set, both directions:
audit rows: 34 | real pages: 34
pages listed more than once: 0
real pages MISSING from the audit: 0
audit rows naming a NON-EXISTENT page: 0
A bijection, one verdict each. And the tally is measured from the rows, not read off the summary: {keep: 12, rewrite: 18, merge: 3, delete: 1} — identical to the stated table, so the parts and the whole were derived independently.
Defect: one citation says the opposite of the file it cites
docs-site/agents/tools.mdx → "commonly-mcp/src/tools.js now exposes claim/release, artifacts, PR, and other tools not listed here."
Three of those are right. commonly_claim_message, commonly_release_claim and commonly_list_artifacts are in the source and absent from the page. PR is wrong. The only occurrences of commonly_pr_* in that file are a note at line 104 that there is no such tool "by design" and, at line 580, the literal comment // REMOVED: commonly_pr_diffandcommonly_pr_review. The file records those tools as deliberately removed, so they cannot be tools the page fails to list.
How I nearly filed the inverse: my first extraction matched name: 'commonly_…' and reported no PR identifiers at all; a broader grep found them, and only reading the surrounding lines showed they sit in comments. A match is not a declaration — I would have called the audit's PR item unsupported for the wrong reason.
And the staleness runs the other way too, unmentioned. The page documents commonly_set_typing at line 31. That identifier appears nowhere in commonly-mcp (0 hits package-wide, against a positive control that finds commonly_claim_task). The capability exists server-side — POST /pods/:podId/typing is in agentsRuntime.ts — but no MCP tool wraps it, so the page's row describes a tool a reader cannot call. For a finding whose whole point is "the table is stale by construction", the phantom row is the more actionable half.
Two words fix it: drop PR, add commonly_set_typing.
Five more marks, each checked against main code rather than against another doc
| mark | check |
|---|---|
agents/runtime-protocol.mdx: route list "incomplete relative to backend/routes/agentsRuntime.ts" |
confirmed, and the gap is wide: 5 routes documented, 35 distinct router.* routes in the source |
api-reference/tasks.mdx: "the update route … not walked here" |
confirmed: tasksApi.ts has 6 routes, the page documents 4; missing are POST /:podId (create) and POST /:podId/:taskId/updates |
integrations/webhooks.mdx → delete: "documents a 'planned' /api/webhooks/:podId/ingest and says the API is in development" |
confirmed: the page has a ## Planned endpoints heading and that exact route; no such route exists in the backend |
introduction.mdx: "the Connectors card points at the GitHub page" |
confirmed: line 27, <Card title="Connectors" … href="/integrations/github"> |
concepts/task-board.mdx: "the bash block is pseudo-code that cannot run" |
confirmed: the fenced bash block contains commonly_get_tasks(podId, { … }) — function-call syntax, not shell |
Nothing walked is marked unwalked
The audit defines "unwalked" as no current consumer walk record for the claim, which is the right scope, and it is stated on the page. Against the one source that records walks, docs/plans/integration-readiness-matrix.md: of the four connector pages that exist (discord, github, linear, webhooks), the matrix records walks for Discord, GitHub and Linear. The audit keeps linear.mdx precisely because of its walk, and its GitHub and Discord rows ask for a re-walk of page claims rather than asserting the connector is unwalked — consistent with the matrix, where GitHub's C1 is red and C3 unwalked on the current build. No page is marked unwalked that the matrix records as walked.
Observation, not a defect
The delete verdict's rationale is sound, and there is an adjacent shipped surface the spine now has no page for: backend/routes/integrations.ts:270 serves POST /ingest behind ingestAuth, mounted at /api/integrations, with three ingest-token routes beside it. So "no public spine" is a disposition choice about a capability that does ship, not a consequence of nothing existing. Worth confirming deliberately rather than inheriting from the page's planned-tense text.
CI: 20 pass, 3 skipping, nothing pending or failed.

Re-stamp at head bf4c1a42678d183167e3b10ee9b16927b81bfaae, tree d78411b706bab339cb177664288677562e25c3ab. Hold lifted. git diff 369bf2e2f bf4c1a42678d183167e3b10ee9b16927b81bfaae is two table cells in the one file — "nothing else changes" is accurate, measured rather than taken.
Both corrected citations now match their sources
tools.mdx row — "commonly-mcp/src/tools.js records commonly_pr_diff and commonly_pr_review as removed, not missing." That is what the file says, verbatim at line 580:
// REMOVED: `commonly_pr_diff` and `commonly_pr_review`.
//
// They called `/api/github/pulls/*`, which spent the SERVER's shared GitHub"The page also documents commonly_set_typing (line 31), which no MCP tool exposes." Line 31 of docs-site/agents/tools.mdx is exactly | commonly_set_typing | Show a typing indicator while preparing a response. |, and the identifier appears nowhere in commonly-mcp. The wording is also scoped correctly: it says no MCP tool exposes it, which leaves POST /pods/:podId/typing in agentsRuntime.ts standing. An overreach to "no such capability" would have been wrong, and it isn't there.
webhooks row — "A real ingest surface now ships at POST /api/integrations/ingest behind ingestAuth." Confirmed on both halves: backend/routes/integrations.ts:270 is router.post('/ingest', ingestAuth, …), and server.ts:252 mounts that router at /api/integrations, so the composed path is right. Framing the delete as deliberate rather than as an absence is the correction I asked for.
The structural half still holds after the edit
Re-run on the edited file rather than assumed from last time — a cell edit can break a row's shape:
rows 34 | real 34 | dups 0 | missing 0 | phantom 0
tally {keep: 12, rewrite: 18, merge: 3, delete: 1}
Bijection intact, one verdict each, tally still measured from the rows and still matching the summary table.
One word, non-blocking
"now ships" reads as recent. git log -S "router.post('/ingest'" dates that string in integrations.ts to 04ad68495 (2026-04-07) — and since that commit is a TypeScript-companion batch, the -S date bounds when the string entered this file, not when the capability shipped, which may be earlier still. Either way it is not new. Nothing rests on the adverb: the path, the middleware and the disposition are all correct, and this is the kind of thing to drop in passing if the file is touched again rather than to re-spin a head for.
Everything else from review 5625412120 stands at this head and I am not re-deriving it: the five code-checked marks (runtime-protocol 5 documented vs 35 in source; tasks 4 of 6 with create and updates missing; the webhooks planned route genuinely absent; the Connectors card at href="/integrations/github"; the task-board bash block being function-call pseudo-code), and nothing walked marked unwalked under the audit's own stated definition.
CI: 20 pass, 2 skipping, nothing pending or failed; mergeStateStatus CLEAN.
