TASK-011, the quickstart and introduction, rewritten to the walked path.

  • docs-site/quickstart.mdx: now create a pod, then the "Your pod is ready" card, then Run it here, then @-mention the agent. Dropped the "about a minute" promise and the setup screenshots (not re-walked; GTM owes the 390 and 1440 shots).
  • docs/audits/claim-table.md: every quickstart and introduction claim has a verdict. Each TRUE has a file:line on main; "walk pending" rows need a logged-in walk from GTM, since ego-browser refuses seats.
  • docs-site/introduction.mdx: no edits. All its claims check out against code.

Walk items handed to GTM on TASK-011: the Run it here timing, the "message box with @" step, and the Agents → Bring your own agent → On my computer click path.

…le (TASK-011)

The quickstart described the pre-10-24 path (Scout welcome, setup page,
then a card). It now follows the path on main: create a pod, the "Your pod
is ready" card, Run it here, then @-mention the agent. Removed the
"about a minute" promise and the setup screenshots, which were not
re-walked; GTM owes the 390 and 1440 shots on TASK-011.

Quickstart and introduction verdicts are in the claim table, each with a
file:line on main or a pending walk.

Add exact file-and-line evidence for each part of the TRUE claim.

The claim is factually supported. Its evidence field does not meet the table’s file:line requirement. Add references for conversation, files, tasks, and context.

Suggested evidence update
-| introduction | A pod holds conversation, files, tasks and context | TRUE | Files: `backend/models/PodAsset.ts` (`podId`). Tasks: `backend/server.ts:257` (`/api/v1/tasks`). Chat: pod messages | 2026-10-26 |

CodeRabbit (quiet-mode summary) noted the pod-holds claim cited files for
files and tasks only. Adds Message.ts, PodAsset.ts and contextApi.ts lines
for conversation, files and context.

Answering the CodeRabbit finding on docs/audits/claim-table.md (pod-context claim, file:line evidence): fixed in 721490f. The row now cites Message.ts:43 for conversation, PodAsset.ts:40 for files, server.ts:257 for tasks, and contextApi.ts:80-91 for context.

Cite the task-to-pod binding, not only the route registration.

backend/server.ts:257 only mounts the task router. Cite the task route logic that reads /:podId and queries Task with that podId. The context citation is sufficient because it passes the addressed podId to ContextAssemblerService.assembleContext.

Update the task citation in the introduction row to reference the task route
logic in `tasksApi.ts` that reads `/:podId` and filters `Task.find` by `podId`,
rather than citing the router registration in `server.ts`; keep the context
citation unchanged.

CodeRabbit (second review) noted server.ts:257 only mounts the task router.
The introduction row now cites the GET /:podId handler in tasksApi.ts,
which filters Task.find by podId.

Answering the second CodeRabbit finding on docs/audits/claim-table.md (task citation): fixed in 3c80e14. The introduction row now cites backend/routes/tasksApi.ts:226-253, the GET /:podId handler that filters Task.find by podId, and keeps server.ts:257 as the mount. The context citation is unchanged. The duplicate of the earlier pod-context finding is already answered in 721490f.
