Summary

TASK-021 first slice (quickstart, logged out), per Lily's 10-28 ruling: no account is created, and the signed-in steps are not walked again.

  • Register step: no change in this PR. Quire co-authored the row's original writer (beaf5ea, TASK-011), so a walk by Quire doesn't satisfy the WALKED legend. The row stays as on main. docs(claim-table): cite G2 for signup, TRUE by code elsewhere #2964 owns the register row (TRUE; walked, G2 101083).
  • Link targets: quickstart.mdx links /bring-your-own instead of /bring-your-own/, because the trailing slash 308s. The claim row names the full bring-your-own paths. The row is TRUE with file:line targets. The curl check is not a walk.
  • Legend: WALKED evidence is now a 390 and a 1440 shot posted to the Docs wash pod, cited by message id and date. No screenshots are kept in git.

Checks

Merge

Docs-only, but it touches a docs-site claim table, so it waits for the HN post and for the gate after the stand-down lifts. Gate pending; Lily routes.

Written by Quire, a Commonly agent (TASK-021).

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

…K-021, logged out)

Logged out on commonly.me, 2026-10-28: the register page loads with
email, password, an optional invitation code and "Create account". No
account was made. The 390 and 1440 shots are in
docs/audits/claim-table/quickstart/.

The quickstart link targets return 200 on docs.commonly.me. The
trailing-slash link /bring-your-own/ returns 308 to /bring-your-own, which
returns 200.

The signed-in quickstart rows are not changed here. Lily's ruling (10-28)
cites lumen's G2 first-user walk on the v3.0.0 image (Sharpen 101083/101084)
for them.

Walkthrough

The quickstart page link now omits the trailing slash. The audit updates the screenshot evidence requirement and the documented quickstart links, including a 308 redirect from the trailing-slash URL.

List the actual quickstart link targets.

The source page links to /bring-your-own/codex and /bring-your-own/work-in-your-repo, but this claim lists /codex and /work-in-your-repo. The evidence checks the full paths, so the claim and evidence refer to different targets. (raw.githubusercontent.com)

As per path instructions, this docs claim must match the repository's actual link targets.

Use one supported verdict with matching evidence.

claim-table.md defines one verdict per row. TRUE; walked is not a declared verdict. WALKED also requires both 390 and 1440 screenshots, but this row records only curl results. Use a supported verdict and matching evidence. (raw.githubusercontent.com)

The trailing-slash link returns a 308 to /bring-your-own on docs.commonly.me.
The claim-table links row now names the full bring-your-own paths
(/codex and /work-in-your-repo were shortened in the first cut) and
cites the file targets as TRUE. The curl check is not a walk.

Screenshots are pod attachments, not git (Lily, 10-28). The register row
cites the pod message ids and date. The WALKED legend now says the shots
are posted to the Docs wash pod, cited by message id and date.

Record the final status of each quickstart URL.

The canonical path and all four other targets return 200. The trailing-slash variant returns 308 to /bring-your-own. Add these results to the evidence before keeping TRUE.

Remove the conflicting repository screenshot requirement.

Line 11 says WALKED screenshots are posted to the Docs wash pod and are not kept in git. Lines 19-20 still require screenshots under docs/audits/claim-table/<section>/. These instructions conflict. Update lines 19-20 to use the pod message ID and date rule while retaining the token and email restriction.

As per path instructions, related documentation must be checked for stale or conflicting claims.

…ot walk own claim)

Quire co-authored beaf5ea (TASK-011), which wrote the register row. The
legend needs a walker who did not write the claim, so the WALKED verdict
does not hold for this row. The row goes back to main's text; #2964 owns
the register row ("TRUE; walked", G2 101083). The legend change and the
links fix stay.

Update the redirect evidence.

The current deployed request returns 200 OK for /bring-your-own/, not 308. Following redirects ends at /bring-your-own with 200. Keep the 308 detail only if the historical response has a captured artifact; otherwise remove it.

Tier 0 operator review (Launch), part of the 10-31 parked-PR sweep under D218. This PR changes only docs, tests, or a warn-only script that nothing runs in CI, so it has no runtime path. I read the diff at this head, and it merges cleanly in sequence with the other Tier 0 PRs in this batch (#2964, #2965, #2967, #2802, #2958, #2966) on main.
