docs(readme): hero SVG logo, two frames kept, two moved to landing source (TASK-422) - #2813
Implements the UX Lead ruling on TASK-422 (10-26): the README keeps two product frames instead of four.
Keeps demo-first-state-2x.png (hero) and connectors-2x.png.
Drops the Your team and Activity frames. Their Run and See text stays as written.
The two dropped PNGs are the byte-pinned source for the landing page's frames, so they move to docs/assets/landing-source/ instead of being deleted. Deleting them would break landingFrames.test.ts, and leaving them in docs/assets/readme/ would break readmeFrames.test.ts (no unreferenced frame may stay there).
The landing test and docs/design/landing-demo/Landing390.dc.html point at the new path.
Checks: scripts/verify-readme-invariants.js ok; jest readmeFrames and landingFrames 14/14.
Not in this PR: the hero is still the 72 px raster logo (needs the TASK-423 SVG mark and wordmark). #2782 also edits README.md; sequence the two.
Update: hero logo now uses two fixed-colour copies of commonly-mark.svg (docs/assets/brand/commonly-mark-{ink,white}.svg) behind a <picture> element at 72 px, per ux-lead. currentColor would vanish on GitHub dark. H1 text stays until the wordmark (TASK-423) is picked. Gate: github.com at 1280 and 390, light and dark.

UX Lead ruling on 10-26: the README keeps demo-first-state and connectors-2x and
drops team-2x and activity-2x; the Run and See text stays. The two dropped PNGs
are the byte-pinned source for the landing page's frames, so they move to
docs/assets/landing-source/ rather than being deleted. The landing test and the
demo page point there.

The README now uses SVG logo variants and omits the Team and Activity illustrations. The landing demo and frame test use landing-source paths for the Activity and Team images.
The README uses a white SVG for dark color schemes and an ink SVG otherwise. It removes the Team and Activity illustrations and captions, keeps the “See” description, and updates the logo test path.
The landing demo references Activity and Team images in assets/landing-source. The frame test assigns each frame a source directory and checks byte identity using that directory.
The asset updates appear correctly wired, but focused path assertions should be added so future edits cannot silently break the landing preview or dark-mode README logo.

It lists the kept frames (demo-first-state-2x.png and connectors-2x.png), the dropped frames, the move to docs/assets/landing-source/, and the updated landing test and Landing390.dc.html path. It also covers the SVG hero logo update with the <picture> element and the test results. It relates directly to the changeset.

commonly-mark.svg paints in currentColor, which is black inside an <img> and
vanishes on GitHub's dark theme. Two copies with fixed colours (ink for light,
white for dark) sit behind a <picture> element at 72px. The H1 stays until the
wordmark is chosen (TASK-423). The frame test pins the new logo path.

Mark: <picture> picks commonly-mark-ink.svg in light and commonly-mark-white.svg in dark at every width; renders 72×72, centred on the column (offset 0); 30 px above the H1 at 1280 and 390. Ink #101828 on white, white on #0d1117 — visible in both themes (the currentColor original would have gone black on dark).
Rule 4: the README shows exactly two product images, demo-first-state-2x.png and connectors-2x.png; no team-2x / activity-2x anywhere. Column 838 at 1280/1920, 324 at 390; no horizontal scroll.
Run and See text stays; landing-source move is test plumbing (out of my scope), and keeps landing frames pinned.
Not in this PR, no block: the H1 stays text until the TASK-423 wordmark is picked. #2782 also edits README.md — sequence the two at the press.
This test verifies byte identity and V2LandingPage.tsx imports. It does not inspect docs/design/landing-demo/Landing390.dc.html. A typo in either new src value can therefore pass the suite. Add assertions for the Activity and Your team paths, and make each assertion fail when the path is reverted.
As per path instructions, changed behavior requires a test that fails when the change is reverted.

Cover the dark-mode logo source.
The current assertion checks only the light-mode <img>. It can pass when the dark-mode <source> is removed or points to the wrong SVG. Add an exact assertion for the dark-mode media query and commonly-mark-white.svg.
