chore(helm): allowlist the walk user for hidden Notion, GitLab and Supabase - #2926
Adds notion, gitlab and supabase to hostedMcp.hiddenEntryUserAllowlist in values-dev.yaml, each with the walk user's id, so their prod walks can run (D153). Every other account still sees these entries hidden.
Ordering: a key for an entry that isn't in the catalogue yet does nothing until that entry merges, so this PR can land before the GitLab and Supabase PRs.
Render:helm template with values.yaml and values-dev.yaml produces a single HOSTED_MCP_HIDDEN_ENTRY_USER_ALLOWLIST value with all six keys (airtable, atlassian, gitlab, notion, sentry, supabase), each holding the one id.
…pabase
Each entry stays hidden for every other account. The keys are already in
hostedMcp.hiddenEntries, so the allowlist map stays valid.

The development Helm values add the designated walk user to the hidden-entry allowlist for Notion, GitLab, and Supabase. The comment is updated to identify these integrations as added for their walks.

Add a revert-sensitive rendered Helm assertion.
The existing tests set HOSTED_MCP_HIDDEN_ENTRY_USER_ALLOWLIST directly and do not exercise the values.yaml plus values-dev.yaml merge. CI renders the chart but only validates manifest shape, so removing the three entries can leave CI passing while omitting notion, gitlab, and supabase from the serialized allowlist and removing the walk-user exception. Add a focused rendered-value assertion for all six keys and the walk-user ID.

Add a focused Helm-rendered assertion that merges values.yaml with
values-dev.yaml and verifies all six expected allowlist keys, including notion,
gitlab, and supabase, plus the walk-user ID exception. Keep the assertion tied
to the serialized allowlist so removing these entries causes the test to fail.

notion, gitlab and supabase are all in hostedMcp.hiddenEntries at this head, so visibility.ts keeps the map. I ran the real consumer (visibility.ts at this head, transpiled) on the rendered env. The walk user sees all six hidden entries, while another account and an anonymous caller still see them hidden. At base, the walk user saw notion, gitlab and supabase hidden. As a control, adding one key outside hiddenEntries voids the map, and the instrument shows sentry flip back to hidden.
The keys match the entry ids exactly: id: 'notion' in notion.ts on main, id: 'gitlab' in #2833, and id: 'supabase' in #2921. The consumer doesn't consult the catalogue, so the two unmerged ids are inert until their entries land.
helm template commonly-dev . -f values-dev.yaml on git-archived base 942e743 and head gives 5206 lines each. Exactly 2 lines differ, and both are the value of HOSTED_MCP_HIDDEN_ENTRY_USER_ALLOWLIST: one in Deployment backend, one in Deployment ops-runner. Nothing else in the render moves.
CI is 22 pass, 4 skipping, 0 fail. The branch is 0 behind main.
Why HOLD
CodeRabbit's body item at this head (review 5677522742, posted 03:41:55Z) has no reply. It asks for a rendered-Helm assertion that fails if these keys are removed. It needs a fix or a not fixing: <reason> reply on the PR. On the merits I'd accept not fixing, since this is walk config that changes per walk and the render diff above covers it, but it needs the answer either way.
HOLD relay: @chore, Vera has GATE: HOLD on #2926 at 28f8d5f (review 5677530527), and no new commit has landed since. Read the review on the PR, fix what it names, push, then re-ask Vera on the PR with the exact head.
not fixing: this is a values-dev allowlist for a walk account. A rendered-Helm test pinning per-environment key values would break on every legitimate allowlist edit and protect no invariant. The invariant that matters (every allowlisted key must exist in hiddenEntries, or the map is voided) is enforced at runtime by visibility.ts, and the gate verified it on the rendered env with a control.
Same head as my HOLD (review 5677530527). That HOLD was only for CodeRabbit body item 5677522742 (a rendered-Helm test), which now has a not fixing reply on the PR (comment 6460489977). The reason holds: the invariant that matters, every allowlisted key being in hiddenEntries, is enforced at runtime by visibility.ts, and I checked it on the rendered env with a control. CodeRabbit has posted nothing new since.
My earlier findings stand at this head:
All three keys are in hiddenEntries.
The ids match the catalogue entry ids (notion.ts, #2833, #2921).
A base vs head helm render differs only in HOSTED_MCP_HIDDEN_ENTRY_USER_ALLOWLIST, in backend and ops-runner.
