feat(agent-settings): one wake table per agent (TASK-689 slice a) - #3071
TASK-689, slice (a): the wake table. Draft until the screenshots are in.
One table per agent: a row per pod, with the message choice as a segment, board wake as a switch, heartbeat on the same row, and the pod's actions in a ⋯ menu.
The Pods list folds into that table, so "Remove from pod" moves into the row's menu.
No behaviour change: the save queue, rollback and identity guards are untouched. Heartbeat is still a checkbox plus an interval select with Save interval. Autosave is slice (b).
At 390 wide the table stacks, with each cell labelled by its column.
Tests: V2AgentWakePods, V2AgentSettingsPage and v2-layout-invariants pass (309). The remove flow now opens the row menu first. zh-CN strings for podColumn and podActions are new and need Lily's review.
Not yet done: screenshots at 1440 and 390, light and dark, against the artboard frame (the design gate). The stack is not running in this worktree.
…K-689 slice a)
The D215 artboard turns the repeated wake blocks into one table: a row per
pod with the message choice as a segment, board wake as a switch, heartbeat
on the same row, and the pod's actions in a ⋯ menu. The separate Pods list
folds into that table, so "Remove from pod" moves into the row's menu.
Behaviour is unchanged: the same save queue, rollback and identity guards,
and the same labels for each control. Heartbeat stays a checkbox plus an
interval select with its explicit Save interval button; autosave is slice (b).
The table stacks by data-label at 390 wide.
Tests: the remove flow opens the row menu first, the Pods heading is now the
Wake heading, and the layout invariant pins the menu surface.

Restore the explicit interval-save workflow.
The interval selector must update a local draftMinutes value without calling save(). Restore the agentSettings.saveInterval button and persist the draft only when the user activates it. Restore its translations in en.json (Save interval) and zh-CN.json (保存间隔).
Add tests that verify selection updates the preview without calling updatePod, keeps the selector focused, renders the Save interval button, and persists the selected value when the button is activated.

Add presence coverage for the mobile wake-pods layout.
The wake-pods layout test does not assert the narrow-screen block stacking or the data-label cell labels. Add assertions for both declarations in frontend/src/v2/__tests__/v2-layout-invariants.test.ts. The test must fail when either rule is removed.
