feat(v2): Invite in the pod header for members (TASK-702) - #3098
A team pod rarely got its second human, because the only invite control was the members button in the inspector. Members now see Invite in the pod header. It opens the same V2InviteModal as the inspector, on its people tab, so there's no new backend and no new link type.
Shown: to a pod member, in any pod that isn't 1:1.
Hidden: for a non-member, and on agent-room / agent-dm. V2Layout already leaves out onOpenInvite for those types, and the header checks them again.
Inspector control: unchanged.
Phone (≤760px): the button shows only its glyph, square like the inspector toggle, so the pod name keeps its width. With the label it truncated to "D215…". The label stays as the accessible name, and the button has a title.
zh-CN:邀请, the same word the existing invite strings use.
Tests
V2ThreadHeaderInvite.test.tsx: a member sees Invite, and clicking it calls onOpenInvite('people'); a non-member doesn't see it; agent-room and agent-dm don't show it; with no handler there's no button.
v2-layout-invariants: pins the phone rule that hides the label.
All of src/v2 passes locally (166 suites).
Real-browser check (seeded staging pod "D215 sample", signed in as the seat)
Before is staging.commonly.me (main). After is this branch's vite build against api-staging. Headless Chromium measured:
Invite at 76×28 at 1440 and 28×28 at 390.
The header stays 51px at both widths.
No horizontal overflow of the header or the document.
Clicking Invite at 1440 opens "Invite to D215 sample", the same modal as the inspector.
The only invite control sat in the inspector's members button, so a team
pod rarely got its second human. Members now see Invite in the pod header,
opening the same V2InviteModal on its people tab. Hidden for a non-member
and on agent-room / agent-dm (onOpenInvite is already absent there). On a
phone the button is glyph-only so the pod name keeps its width; the label
stays as the accessible name, and a layout invariant pins that rule.
Before/after at 1440 and 390, light and dark, on the seeded staging pod:

Walkthrough
The pod header now displays a localized Invite control for eligible members. The control opens the people invite tab and uses an icon-only layout at phone widths.

Adds localized Invite labels and a header control. The control requires an invite handler and pod membership, and is absent for agent-DM and agent-room pods. Clicking it opens the people invite tab. Tests cover these conditions.
Eligible members can open the people invite modal, including on mobile, and no confirmed current-head merge blocker remains.

Exclude human 1:1 chats from the header Invite control.
V2PodsSidebar classifies a chat pod with exactly two human members as a direct pod. V2Layout still passes onOpenInvite to both the thread and inspector. The changed header gate does not check the direct-pod classification, so a member of a human 1:1 chat can see the header Invite control.

Update the invite visibility gate in V2Thread to exclude human direct chats:
derive the direct-pod condition using the existing pod type and member data, and
require that condition to be false before rendering the header Invite control.
Preserve the existing agent and membership checks.
The current test selects the real control only by data-testid, so it does not detect an incorrect translation key, an English fallback in Chinese, or a missing localized title. Add English and Chinese assertions for the button role, accessible name, and title.

Shown only when onOpenInvite && isPodMember && !isAgentDm && !isAgentRoom; V2Layout also withholds the handler for 1:1 pod types. agent-admin stays invitable.
Click calls onOpenInvite('people'), the same handler the start-card invite uses. No new invite UI.
At 390px the label is visually hidden but stays the button's name; title set. en and zh-CN strings present.
Tests: member, non-member, agent-room, agent-dm, missing handler, plus the CSS presence test.
Low: 28px target matches the inspector toggle. Nit: no accessible-name assertion (follow-up).
