fix(v2): memory page spans the pane at the frame's width (TASK-732) - #3163
TASK-732 follow-up to the prod frame-diff on #3158 (0.63, page in a narrow centred column). The agent bar now spans the pane with a bottom rule, and the body fills the pane width (nav left, sections across), the way agent settings does. Presence test added for the width rule; memory and layout tests 302/302.
Not browser-rendered: no signed-in prod view here, so the 1440 diff is owed on staging. Light mode only reasoned about, dark not checked.
The agent memory page now uses a full-width layout with a wrapped body, responsive padding, and header styling. A layout-invariant test checks its width and alignment.

Memory page structure and styling frontend/src/v2/agents/V2AgentMemory.tsx, frontend/src/v2/agents/v2-agent-settings.css, frontend/src/v2/__tests__/v2-layout-invariants.test.ts
The page adds a body wrapper and full-width layout rules, with reduced padding on narrow screens. A test checks that the page spans its pane without a maximum-width cap and uses stretch alignment.
UX gate on #3163 (TASK-732 width follow-up), rendered from a build of this exact head at /v2/agents/sprint-impl/default/memory, fixture API, owner and denied viewers, 1440 and 390, light and dark.
1440, before (main) → after (this head)
main 275→1235 (960 wide) → 135→1375 (1240, the full pane)
agent header 299→1211 → 135→1375
body 135→1375; nav column 163→363 (200 wide), sections run across to the right edge
390, after: main 12→378, header 28→362, nav 44→346. scrollWidth == clientWidth in every combination, so no horizontal overflow.
Viewers and themes: owner and denied renders are identical in layout. Dark is token-only (no literal colours added), and light and dark both read clean. lark's note said light and dark weren't checked; they are now.
Tests:npx jest --watchAll=false src/v2/__tests__/v2-layout-invariants.test.ts src/v2/__tests__/V2AgentMemory.test.tsx → 2 suites passed, 302 tests passed, including the new "spans the pane instead of a centred column" invariant.
Non-blocking
At 390 the Profile/Memory/Settings segment sits right-aligned on its own row. Unchanged from before this PR; the top-bar header move (#3155 pattern) will take it later.
The 1440 diff lark said was owed on staging is covered here by the fixture render, not by a live signed-in page.

Complete the browser layout verification.
The presence test checks CSS text only. It cannot verify computed widths, responsive cascade interactions, or theme rendering. Run the memory route in MCP Playwright at 1440px, 767px, and 760px in both themes. Verify that the header and body reach the pane width.

Remove the 16px phone padding from the memory page.
At widths up to 760px, the page main element carries both .v2-agent-settings and .v2-agent-memory-page. The .v2-agent-settings rule sets padding: 16px on that element. No .v2-agent-memory-page rule resets this padding. On phones, the header and body each add 16px of horizontal padding, so body content sits 32px from the pane edge. The header bottom rule also stops short of the edges, which conflicts with the PR's goal of spanning the pane.
Override the padding only at phone widths, so desktop behavior does not change:

At phone widths up to 760px, override the padding on the element carrying both
`.v2-agent-settings` and `.v2-agent-memory-page` by setting
`.v2-agent-memory-page` padding to zero. Keep the override scoped to that
breakpoint so desktop behavior remains unchanged.
