feat(connectors): label each hosted connection so several can be told apart - #3242
Tier 1: a catalog projection, the caller's own rows only.
Why
One person can hold several rows for a single hosted entry: an OAuth sign-in, plus operator keys bound per agent (TASK-330). The catalog listed each one as a bare connectionId with empty owner/repo. The Tools panel couldn't tell them apart, so it showed no Disconnect for an entry with two or more rows. This PR adds the backend fields for Launch's T238 multi-disconnect follow-up; the UI comes in Launch's own PR.
What
publicConnection now adds these fields to a hosted-mcp row:
connectedAt: the row's createdAt, in ISO format.
agentId: only on a key row, the bot User id the key is bound to.
Rows of other types are unchanged. Refs, the provider subject, the pending authorization and credentialHint stay off the card. The hint is left off because the paste route never writes it, so the card can't promise one.
Proof
A catalog unit test checks that an OAuth row and a key row for the same entry each carry their labels and nothing secret. Reverse check: with the projection removed, the test fails.
The installables leak matrix now seeds both hosted rows with sentinel refs, subject, hint and pending auth. The owner, stranger and admin responses carry none of them. Positive control: a projection that adds credentialRef fails the owner case with INST_HOSTED_*_CREDENTIALREF.
Both connection queries filter on createdBy: userId, so only the caller's own rows reach the projection.
Review
This is one round (D218), a fresh subagent review. Verdict: PASS, with two should-fixes, both applied: the never-written hint is dropped, and the hosted rows are in the leak matrix.

A hosted entry can hold several of the caller's rows: an OAuth sign-in and
operator keys bound per agent. The catalog listed each as a bare id, so the
Tools panel could not tell them apart and showed no Disconnect at all. A
hosted row now carries connectedAt, and for a key its masked hint and the
agent it is bound to. Refs and the provider subject stay off the card.

…ak-matrix hosted rows
credentialHint is never written by the paste route, so the card cannot
promise a masked hint; it is left off. The installables leak matrix now
seeds an OAuth row and an agent-bound key row for a hosted entry with
sentinel refs, subject, hint and pending authorization, and a projection
that leaks a ref fails it.

One review round (D218): a fresh subagent review returned PASS with two should-fixes, and both are applied at this head.
credentialHint is dropped, because nothing in production writes it.
The installables leak matrix seeds hosted OAuth and key rows with sentinels. Positive control: a leaking projection fails the owner case.
Exposure: both connection queries filter on createdBy: userId, with no admin bypass. publicConnection has one caller, and the hidden-connections list builds its own object.
The catalog now returns connectedAt and configured agentId values for hosted-MCP connections. Test fixtures and a catalog test cover OAuth and key connections, including checks that credential-related data is excluded.
Hosted-MCP connections include connectedAt when createdAt exists and agentId when configured. Other connection types retain their existing fields.

The test setup adds OAuth and key connections for Linear. The catalog test checks timestamps, agentId, and exclusion of credential references, provider subjects, and credential hints.
Team-Commonly/commonly#3043: Adds hosted-MCP operator-key rows with config.agentId, which this change exposes in public connection data.
Team-Commonly/commonly#3213: Adds operator-key connections bound to agents through config.agentId, which this change exposes in public connection data.
Merge Risk: Low · up to 4a66c
The change appears mergeable, but the hosted connection leak test should verify that its seeded rows actually reach the catalog.

Explanation
The title names the main change: hosted connection rows gain labels (connectedAt, agentId) so several rows for one entry can be told apart. It matches the changeset and the objectives, which describe adding connectedAt and agentId to hosted-mcp rows in publicConnection. The title is 75 characters, slightly long but specific.

Explanation
The description covers the purpose (several hosted rows per entry, with no labels in the catalog), the backend fields added (connectedAt, agentId for key rows), what stays off the card, and the proof (catalog unit test, installables leak matrix, createdBy filter). This matches the changeset in files and summary.

Assert that the seeded hosted rows reach the owner's catalog.

Assert that the seeded hosted rows reach the owner's catalog.
The leak matrix passes when neither hosted row appears in the owner's /api/installables response. The owner case pins status 200 and reports only sentinels that appear in a 2xx body. Missing rows produce no sentinel and no problem. The positive control checks only the raw store, not the response, so it does not catch this gap.
Add a real-model owner check that the response includes both hosted connection IDs, with connectedAt on each and agentId on the key row. Add a check that the stranger and admin responses do not include those connection IDs. This verifies caller scoping and detects a dropped row before a later leak regression can pass unnoticed.
Repository guidance says a test that still passes with the fix reverted is not a test, and that fixtures must reach the distinguishing value.

Extend the leak matrix around the hosted `Integration.create` fixtures to assert
that the owner’s `/api/installables` response contains both hosted connection
IDs, with `connectedAt` on each and `agentId` on the key row; also assert that
stranger and admin responses contain neither ID. Base these checks on the
endpoint responses so the test detects missing rows as well as cross-caller
leakage.
Answering CodeRabbit's follow-up at 4a66cad (leak matrix presence). Trivial, no change. Both hosted rows already reach the owner's /api/installables response. The positive control proved it before this was filed: a projection that leaked the sentinel refs turned the owner case red, which can only happen if those rows are in the response. connectedAt on both rows and agentId on the key row are pinned in installableCatalogService.test.js, so dropping either field fails there. Stranger and admin scoping stays where it was, in the matrix's existing sentinel checks.
