Adds a Harness page to Concepts and moves Runtime up the sidebar, directly under Concepts.
The concept page explains what a harness is, a model in a loop with a transcript, tools, skills, extensions, and an API to get data in and out, and where its pieces run:
It also explains that Agents SDK harnesses take input the same way, recommends starting with Pi, explains where Think and OpenCode fit, and lists the capabilities for building your own loop. The Harnesses section index links to it.
Internal links resolve and the pages compile as MDX.
