This changeset adds Playwright E2E tests for client-side behavior, covering that every page loads without errors, plus the home page, blog and contact form. The suite runs in its own container against the local Docker container, both locally and in CI before deploying.
The setup mirrors the Playwright suite from https://github.com/clue-engineering/justkanban/pull/261 (private). In CI, the Playwright image is built in the background while the website is built and tested, so the job grows from ~35s to ~57s instead of ~77s when run sequentially, with the tests themselves taking around 4s. The website itself is unchanged.
