The IGLA board has shown the live job own_model since 2026-10-18 06:33 UTC, from one event posted by hand. Nothing posts it again:

  • a change to specs/igla/own_model_board.t27 never reaches the board;
  • a board redeploy (its events live in /tmp) drops the job.

The Railway service is config only: the public image curlimages/curl, no variables, no secret. Each fire fetches this JSON from master on raw.githubusercontent.com and POSTs it unchanged to http://board.railway.internal:8081/event. That port is on the board's project network and takes no token. The board service itself is not touched.

Measured (Railway lab, master 7912660)

  • t27c gen-json output: sha256 fd645ca1, 753 bytes. The committed file has the same hash, and regenerating gives identical bytes (cmp).
  • The JSON equals the board's current live.own_model (GET /state).
  • Card: t27c test-report gives 3 of 3 pass, 0 vacuous (46, 3 and 6 runtime asserts). Seal spec_hash 3032ee27.
  • Local lefthook: foreign-budget and own-language pass.

Not in scope

  • The board's stale snapshot (IGLA_RAILWAY_TOKEN in queen-watch).
  • The loop runner's variables (igla-coder-gpu#38).
  • Vendoring the card into gHashTag/trinity's crons copy.

  regenerating it there gives identical bytes, and it equals the
  board's current live.own_model.

- specs/crons/t27-own-model-board.t27: the card for Railway service

  Lab: 3 of 3 tests pass, 0 vacuous; sealed with t27c seal --save.
