It adds sandbox access to the MBX cache, configures agent PATH when the MBX shim is available, and includes MBX status in doctor reports. ChangesMBX build cache integration

Review comments at @crates/flare-sandbox/src/bwrap/mod.rs:

`crates/flare-sandbox/src/bwrap/mod.rs` lines 196–201, validate and bind that
path for sandboxed builds; in `src/mbx.rs` lines 42–46, report and probe the
effective path instead of a fixed home-relative path; and in `AGENTS.md` lines
120–123, document the supported cache defaults and their writable-mount policy.
Review comments at @src/agent_launch.rs:
- Around line 83-84: Update PATH handling in the agent launch setup so
environment overrides are applied first, then prepend the shim to the effective
launch PATH; ensure a PATH supplied through env does not replace the shim-first
value.
Review comments at @src/mbx.rs:
- Line 13: Update the launcher check in agent_path() to use the
platform-specific Cargo executable name, including cargo.exe on Windows, so
agents use the mbx-installed launcher after setup.
- Around line 26-28: Update agent_path so it prepends the shim directory only
when a usable mbx installation is available; if the setup-time executable is
gone, resolve the active mbx executable before deciding, and otherwise return
the plain-Cargo fallback without activating the orphaned shim.

Adopts mbx (mr-boxington) as the shared Rust build cache for claimed worktrees and dispatched agents, replacing the sccache wrapper (item #330). Supersedes #328.
Why
Cold
target/per worktree costs minutes and ~5 GB each. A measured spike on this workstation (cargo build -p flare-git-core, cold target): plain cargo 310 s, cargo + sccache 147 s, mbx with a store warmed by another worktree 48 s.What changed
flare-sandbox):~/.cache/mbxis created and bound read-write over the read-only~/.cachebind. Without itmbx builddied withRead-only file systeminside a job. Test checks the rw bind comes after the ro one.flare-git-core/worktree.rs): no.cargo/config.tomlis written any more (norustc-wrapper = "sccache", noSCCACHE_BASEDIRS, notarget-dir; mbx ownstarget).retire_legacy_cargo_configremoves the generated file from worktrees created before this change, only when it carries our marker; an intentional local override is left alone. This also removes the cause of fix: doctor reclaim can delete the main/canonical worktree, cascading to all linked worktrees #328 (a shared sccache server inheriting a sandbox's mount namespace).src/agent_launch.rs, newsrc/mbx.rs): when mbx's cargo shim is installed (~/.local/share/mbx/bin/cargo, wherembx setupputs it), it is put first on the launched agent'sPATH, including the headless path the sandbox inherits.agentflare doctorreports mbx's location, its cache directory, whether that directory is writable inside the sandbox profile (probed throughagentflare_jobs::sandbox::wrap), and whether the shim is active. Not installed is fine (plain cargo) and printscargo install mbx --locked; installed but not writable in the sandbox fails the check.agentflare clean: a test pins that mbx's managedtargetsymlink is never offered.Verification
cargo nextest run -p flare-sandbox -p flare-git-core -p agentflare: 2762 passed (1 flaky, passes on retry). Clippy-D warningsand fmt clean on the three crates.agentflare doctoron it reportscache: ~/.cache/mbx (writable in sandbox).Read-only file system;mbx build -p flare-git-corein a fresh worktree after another worktree had built the same crate: 37 s, 495 hits / 181 misses against the 310 s plain-cargo baseline measured earlier on the same machine (8x).-p agentflare), so mostflare-git-corework had no prediction yet. mbx's own docs say a cold store needs one build to fill. Expect the first build of each crate set per machine to be slow. Not verified / follow-ups
targetsymlink was exercised in throwaway worktrees without a.cargo/config.toml, which is the state this PR produces; a pre-existing worktree with a customised config is untouched by design.mbx setupis not run by agentflare (it also rewrites rust-analyzer config); the shim is picked up only if the user ran it. Without it, agents use plain cargo unless told to usembx build|test.gc.min_free_sizedefault (10 % of disk) was a concern at 93 % disk use; the disk currently has far more headroom, so defaults are left alone.Summary by CodeRabbit
