Adds the signed apt repository to the Install section: keyring, sources line and apt install tambo, the fingerprint check, and how a host with the old caboodle package moves over.

Verified:

  • The live key fingerprint is AB5625C5612F643BF76464DF0DC99924994EC959.
  • tambo 0.3.4-0.3.6 and the transitional caboodle 0.3.4-1 (Depends tambo (>= 0.3.4)) are in the published stable index.
  • The handover runs in a sandboxed apt over a dpkg root (scbrown/apt tests/e2e-transition.sh):
    • starting from the published caboodle 0.3.4, both apt-get install tambo and apt-get full-upgrade give caboodle 0.3.4-1 plus tambo, with /usr/bin/caboodle now owned by tambo and still running.

Docs only.

Review (quipu#645): the fingerprint check came after apt install, and
unattended-upgrades only upgrades third-party origins that are allowed.
Check the key first and stop on a mismatch, and name the origin pattern.
