Group authentication requirements, high-level design, review history and immutable interview evidence under docs/authentication and docs/archive.

Preserve actual DBB assessments and durable requirements/HLD stamps. Add the eleven-PR implementation plan with stable slice identities, acceptance and integration checks, and a standardized stamp bound to both governing documents. The plan includes the DBB-required safe artifact prefix and certificate-renewal ownership. Update navigation without changing the reviewed requirements or HLD bytes.

Validation: exact-byte DBB approval, clean plan design review, recursive three-document stamp validation, archive hashes, active local links, JSON integrity and the repository docs-only precommit check. No product implementation, live-account operation or release is included.
