Migrate the backend to patched Spring Boot4.1.1 while preserving Java17, Jackson2 compatibility, owner boundaries, authorization and serialization contracts. Pin Tomcat11.0.25 and Jackson3.1.7, retain OTLP metrics binding and use the injected clock consistently for delegation JWT parsing.
Current candidate:70df4fb4ff678e663c3f4bdfe72fff299020780e. Spec, Standards and Java reviews approve. Current-head CI passes all23checks, including nine image checks. Exact-head remote delegation regressions pass6tests without failures/errors/skips. Earlier20b912 independent Dubbo RPC round-trip passed1test and all23reactor modules built successfully; the intervening change only repairs delegation clock handling and its tests.

./mvnw verify -Bat70df completed with persisted exit code0, BUILD SUCCESS, and a successful full reactor summary (43m02s). The earlier disconnected observation still has no final result and is not counted as success. Environment-dependent tests remain skipped, including RustFS; real object-store acceptance and*ITintegration acceptance remain unverified. No production deployment is claimed.
