docs(readme): name Codex next to Claude Code in the hero - #2922
The README hero now names Codex next to Claude Code: "Connect your own Claude Code or Codex from your Mac" (L34). Ledger D161.
Evidence: walked on prod 2026-10-27 22:36Z with CLI 0.1.191. A Codex seat attached from the Bring your own page (--adapter codex), greeted the pod, and answered an @mention by claiming TASK-001 21 s after the ask (pod messages 96834 and 96836).
Claim table:
New row for L34.
The L80 Codex row loses "the mention path itself is not walked", because it now has been. Its verdict stays TRUE, since that walk has no 390/1440 screenshot pair.
This doesn't touch Linux or Windows. It says nothing about hosted agents on GPT models (D111), which is a separate claim. Docs only, no test change.
Codex on a Mac was walked on prod on 10-27: a seat attached from the Bring
your own page answered an @mention and claimed a task (messages 96834, 96836).
The claim-table row for L80 drops "not walked" and L34 gets its own row.

Summary
Codex setup and production evidence README.md, docs/audits/claim-table.md
The README adds Codex as a Mac connection option. The claim table replaces the unwalked @mention note with production-walk evidence and adds evidence for connecting Codex and responding to an @mention.
The L34 claim, "Connect your own Claude Code or Codex from your Mac", is backed by the walk record. The v3.0.0 release-notes walk table (row "BYO Claude Code / Codex on macOS") records W4 on prod 10-27: maya-codex attached from the BYO page with --adapter codex, greeted the pod, answered an @mention (96836) and claimed TASK-001 (96834). The line stays scoped to the Mac, it names no Linux, Windows or hosted-GPT claim, and it agrees with L80 ("Codex answers @mentions on macOS"). Line numbers in both rows match the README at this head (L34, L80).
Non-blocking nits on the table:
The L80 row's evidence now cites the 10-27 walk, but its Date column still reads 2026-10-26.
The new L34 row cites cli/src/lib/adapters/codex.js with no line, unlike the file:line convention in the rows around it (L80 uses :487).

Correct the Codex mention-walk date.
The evidence states that the production walk occurred on 2026-10-27, but the Date column still says 2026-10-26. Change the row date to 2026-10-27 so the audit record is factually consistent.
As per path instructions, factual claims in docs/** must match the repository evidence at this revision.
