feat(v2): agent settings and memory get the 52px phone top bar (TASK-730) - #3167
TASK-730 / D223, Lily's order (msg 126038): give the agent settings and memory pages the same 52px phone top bar #3155 gave feature pages.
v2-agent-settings.css, inside the existing 760px query: the settings V2PageHead and the memory v2-agent-memory__head become a 52px bar (no wrap, hairline under it, title 800/21 display, one-line clip). The page pads 16px, so the bar bleeds out with a -16px margin.
v2.css: both titles join the :lang(zh) tracking reset (TASK-055 guard).
v2-phone-shell.test.ts: pins the bar rule and that it sits inside the 760px query.
Tests: phone-shell, layout-invariants and all agents suites pass (290). Not covered: the 390 frame diff, which needs a preview route; I have no signed-in render.
Mobile agent settings and memory headers now use a shared compact layout. The memory title can shrink and truncate with an ellipsis. Chinese heading letter spacing is reset. Tests check mobile header sizing and spacing.

Summary
Mobile header layout and typography frontend/src/v2/agents/v2-agent-settings.css, frontend/src/v2/v2.css, frontend/src/v2/__tests__/v2-phone-shell.test.ts
Agent settings and memory headers use a shared mobile layout with a 52px minimum height. The memory title uses a compact, single-line style with ellipsis for overflow. Chinese headings use zero letter spacing. Tests check the minimum height, mobile media query, and spacing rules.
Team-Commonly/commonly issue 709: The Chinese letter-spacing reset applies to the agent settings and memory headings.
Team-Commonly/commonly issue 632: The mobile styles change the memory page title and spacing. They do not add memory editing, deletion, clearing, or provenance features.
Merge Risk: Moderate · up to 5ef33
The settings title clipping fix and stronger mobile media-scope coverage should be added before merging.

The test checks only min-height and token order. lastIndexOf('@media') does not verify the matching closing brace, so the D223 block can move outside the 760px query and still pass. The test also does not cover the changed flex-wrap, bleed margin, border, or title-overflow declarations.
Add structural assertions in frontend/src/v2/__tests__/v2-layout-invariants.test.ts. As per path instructions, load-bearing layout CSS requires presence coverage there because jsdom has no layout engine.

One review round (Sonnet subagent, medium). Settings page: selectors match the markup, no bug. Memory page: it found the nowrap bar overflowing at 390 (name could not shrink), the tab nav margin pushing the bar to about 58px, and the 20px title beating the 21px rule. All three are fixed in bda6c2e: min-width 0 on the ident, flex none and margin-top 0 on the nav, title selector raised, zh reset updated, and a test pins each. Tests: phone-shell, layout-invariants and agents suites pass (298). Not covered: a 390 render and the frame diff.

Keep the settings title on one line on phones.
When access.displayName or agentName is long, this rule only permits shrinking. V2PageHead renders the value in a wrapping .v2-page-head__identity, and the settings <h1> has no white-space, overflow, or text-overflow rule. The title can therefore wrap and increase the header height instead of clipping. (raw.githubusercontent.com)

Update the settings title rule for `.v2-page-head h1` in the
`.v2-agent-settings` styles to keep long titles on one line and clip them with
an ellipsis. Reuse the same one-line clipping declarations applied to the memory
title.

Merge of origin/main into the branch; no change to the reviewed diff beyond conflict resolution. Conflicts were the zh tracking reset list in v2.css (main dropped .v2-settings__title when it rebuilt Settings from primitives; my two agent selectors stay) and v2-phone-shell.test.ts (both sides kept). Phone-shell, layout-invariants and agents suites pass (300).

Keep the settings title to one line on narrow screens.
At max-width: 760px, a long access.displayName can wrap in the settings h1. The header uses min-height: 52px, so the wrapped title can make the phone bar taller than 52px. Add the same clipping behavior used by the memory title.

Update the settings header h1 selector in the narrow-screen rules to keep long

Add a regression assertion for both Chinese heading selectors.
The existing TASK-055 test reads v2.css, but it scans only negative-tracking declarations in that file. The agent heading declaration is in v2-agent-settings.css, so removing either selector from the v2.css reset would not fail the current test.

Update the TASK-055 regression test that reads v2.css to assert that its reset
block contains both Chinese agent heading selectors: the .v2-page-head h1
selector and the .v2-agent-memory__ident h1 selector. Keep the existing
negative-tracking checks unchanged.

#3169 (Wake table fold), #3167 (phone top bar) and the Control row.
- Avatar header with Profile / Memory / Settings tabs (ph, ahead, seg)
- Wake table lifted: gtitle with bolt and info, one cap in the header,
Mentions / People / All segment, board toggle, heartbeat select with Off
first, row-menu icon, phone accordion for each pod
- Identity & access list: Connection, Key (with key panels), Memory, How it
runs (disc)
- Surface CSS in v2-agent-settings-surface.css; v2-agent-wake-pods.css deleted
Not built, named for the next slice: Talk to / More, Name / Listing /
Connectors / Skills rows, Regenerate menu, Add to pod. Policy, connector
grants, identity editing, runtime controls and the provider-key card stay
where they are until #3184 merges (option a).
