Closes #10573. Epic #10560. Stacks on #10566 (reel_factory.t27): its two commits are included and drop out once #10566 lands.

What

  • specs/t27f/reel_factory_plan.t27: a printer module. Its main prints one tab-separated row per course-0 lesson (lesson scene accent motion layout slides title) and a summary line. Every name is read from the factory's own comma lists (ARCH_NAMES, ACCENT_NAMES, MOTION_NAMES, LAYOUT_NAMES), so a renamed scene cannot drift between the law and its printout. reel_factory.t27 stays a module of decisions only.
  • tri factory: the reel factory's uniqueness gate (test report of specs/t27f/reel_factory.t27). scripts/tri numstat 5 added / 5 deleted, within the foreign-edit budget.
  • Seal .trinity/seals/t27f_reel_factory_plan.json and the t27b ledger row.

Measured on the Railway lab

Not claimed

  • A title byte outside printable ASCII prints as ?; course-0 English titles are ASCII today, and a test checks it.
  • Each row calls arche(t), which replans the whole course: 27 plans, cheap now, a cost to revisit for courses with hundreds of items.

… item (Closes #10561)

The content factory of epic #10560 (R1 + R2). Each lesson's code and
title are read into eleven feature counts; twelve scene archetypes are
scored by term frequency over course frequency; the course is planned
at once (best pair first, cap 4, no repeat within 2 items, then the
least-used generic scene); accent, motion and layout dress the plan;
eight output formats and the SSIM anomaly bound for R3.

Lab: test-report 8/8 pass, 0 vacuous; seal --verify MATCH; t27b front
end accepts it (JIT verdict is the arm64 ratchet's).

… tri factory (Closes #10573)

reel_factory.t27 decides each lesson's scene, accent, motion, layout and
carousel length, but the plan was only visible inside its tests. This adds a
separate printer module that reads the factory's own comma name lists and
prints one tab-separated row per lesson plus a usage summary. The law stays a
module of decisions; the printer only reads it out.

- 4 tests, 0 vacuous (lab): field reading, list arity against the factory's
kinds, ASCII titles within 48 bytes, the trits lesson prints "trit".
- Lab plan: 12 of 12 scenes used, the most used one 4 times (cap 4).
- t27b: a fresh build with #10455 accepts the main (aarch64 object); ledger
  row "pass".
- Seal saved and verified on the lab.
- tri factory: runs the factory's test report. scripts/tri numstat 5/5.

…loses #10573)

The content factory row said a printing main makes t27b reject the spec.
That came from a stale lab t27b built before #10455; a fresh build accepts
it. The row now names the printer module, the gate, and the traps behind
the wrong claim.

Ledger: keep reel_factory_plan row. Skill: keep the branch's fuller content-factory row.
