Closes #11415. Step 1 of epic #11377 (not closing it).

tri queen tick [--plan] [--lanes N] [--host H] [--issues FILE] over specs/queen/local_dispatch.t27 (24 tests): P0 then P1 feed, Boundary parse, overlap (holds.t27), order (priority.t27), cap (kernel.t27), claim = atomic create of refs/swarm/claims/ on origin (branch claim- fallback), heartbeat refs/swarm/alive/-, release after 30 min silence, lane branch claude/evolve-lane--, z.ai free-tier lane line, brief.

Verified: --plan live; a real tick with a stubbed claude started 2 lanes, claims appeared on origin and were deleted again.

Known: hand Rust net is +83 lines in cli/tri/src/main.rs (a dead-code payment is still owed); casts added to deck.t27, kernel.t27 mb_of, session_store put_dec so the Rust backend compiles the kernel closure; seals.rs match made exhaustive (master did not build).

…7, claimed on origin, run as lanes on any Mac (Closes #11415)

specs/queen/local_dispatch.t27 (24 tests) is the rule of the dispatcher that replaces the Railway Queen
(epic #11377, step 1): the feed, the Boundary reader, region overlap over holds.t27, order over priority.t27,
the lane cap over kernel.t27 agent_cap, the claim as an atomic create of refs/swarm/claims/<n> on origin
(branch claude/claim-<n> fallback), heartbeat refs/swarm/alive/<host>-<n>, stale release after 30 min,
lane branch claude/evolve-lane-<n>-<host>, the z.ai free-tier lane line and the brief.
`tri queen tick [--plan] [--lanes N] [--host H] [--issues FILE]` is thin argv glue over the generated Rust.

The Rust backend could not compile the kernel closure: explicit casts in deck.t27 and kernel.t27 mb_of and
session_store put_dec (same values, tests unchanged). seals.rs: the second match on SealsCmd was not
exhaustive on master since #11409; the two arms answered above now return.

Seal Status

  • ⚠️ STALE -- sha256(compiler.rs)=5aec047d42ec != manifest seal=87e5cbd3ad94.
The committed NMSE numbers were certified against an older compiler.rs.
Run scripts/reseal-check.sh locally for the two-step reseal command (advisory; not a merge gate).

Closes #11415

…del from .lane.meta, window warning off; pays the hand-Rust budget with two dead scripts (Closes #11415)

Lane runs claude with --output-format stream-json --verbose --include-partial-messages and CLAUDE_CODE_MAX_CONTEXT_TOKENS=128000. lanes_view.t27 turns the lines into reading/editing/running t27b test -> N/M/committing; the model label reads .lane.meta, never the brief. Removes scripts/lee_search_space_count.py and scripts/gf16_nmse_study.py (unreferenced).

Owner priority is now one shared, spec-first T27 OS task/result core across every machine. Please report on coordination anchor #141 whether this lane is intended to implement the #11508 P0 vertical slice, which existing .t27 contract it implements, and what evidence proves the result. Keep it as a single lane that can be reused for #11509; do not fork a per-Mac worker/protocol. The epic's source-language guard still applies: no new hand-written foreign-language implementation; any existing non-spec changes need to be reconciled with the approved path before being treated as the shared core.
