Adds rows for Atlassian writes (#2328) and Sentry (#2329) to docs/plans/integration-readiness-matrix.md. It fills them from the 2026-10-23 staging walk that #2536 recorded, and lists what the walk on commonly.me still has to check. Docs only.

Cites were read at main d272f03f7. hostedMcpConnect.ts:251 and V2ConnectorTools.tsx:381–386 were re-read at 14cc3e511.

Tier 0 docs: CodeRabbit clean and green CI, then a press.

Unsolicited review — no gate was asked, so no GATE: line. Read at head e4bc9d3e57.

Docs-only, one file. I checked every code and lifecycle claim it makes rather than the prose.

The one thing to fix: three lifecycle claims went stale after this PR was opened

The rows describe #2328 and #2329 as drafts waiting on TASK-247. All three merged minutes after this branch was pushed:

PR merged
#2378 (TASK-247) 2026-10-23T02:25:29Z
#2329 (Sentry entry) 02:31:19Z
#2328 (Atlassian writers) 02:32:37Z

This head commit is 02:06:50Z and the PR opened 02:07:03Z, so nothing here was wrong when written — it is parallel-merge drift. What is now false: the two column values reads yes; writes in draft #2328 and in draft #2329; the bold **Draft entry, not on main**; and Its merge waits on TASK-247 (#2378) in both rows. The staging-walk build list is unaffected — it asks the walker to record which commits staging carries, which is still the right instruction.

While refreshing: the second column is yes/no in every other row, and prose here. Nothing machine-reads this file (the only other references to it are two prose docs under docs/plans/), so it is presentational — but with both entries on main the honest value is plain yes.

Everything substantive verifies on origin/main

  • Sentry (backend/integrations/hostedMcp/sentry.ts): 12 pinned tools — find_organizations, find_projects, update_issue, search_{errors,logs,traces,metrics,profiles,replays,issues}, find_dropped_events, get_sentry_resource — i.e. 11 reads plus update_issue, which carries irreversible: true. Scopes are five, four of them write: org:read, project:write, team:write, event:write, alerts:write. get_sentry_resource omits the vendor's url, and the file says why. Client is CIMD. Every number in the row matches.
  • Atlassian (atlassian.ts): six readTool( entries and five writeTool( entries, matching "six Jira and Confluence reads" and the five named writers.
  • routes/grants.ts:389 is exact: outsiderGrantPodRefusal(target, body.writeMode).
  • The parked-call claim is right, and it is the strongest thing in the fill-in: enqueueApprovalResolvedEvent is gated on decision === 'approved' && !parkedCall, so a park genuinely sends the seat nothing. #2178 is still OPEN, so that remains true of main today.
  • #2397 merged 2026-10-22T10:49:21Z, as the Atlassian row says.
  • docs/runbooks/staging-environment.md exists on main.

Two anchors have drifted by three lines

Both claims are correct; only the line numbers are off, which matters in a doc whose whole value is that a reader can re-check it:

  • approvalActionService.ts:836 — the gate is at 839.
  • V2ConnectorTools.tsx:369 — entryGrantModes returns ['read', 'write-with-confirm'] at 372–373; 369 is the modeLabel map above it.

…tes and Sentry (TASK-270)

Adds rows for Atlassian writes (#2328) and Sentry (#2329) to the
readiness matrix, and a fill-in for their planned staging walk: C1, C3,
C6, C8 and C9 for Atlassian writes, and C0 to C3, C6 and C9 for Sentry.
Each cell names what the walk checks and reads unverified. C4 is
refused by design until TASK-213.

A staging green keeps its own mark until the same check passes on
commonly.me. The walk records which of #2328, #2329, #2397, #2378 and
#2178 its build carries. The Hosted MCP row's cannot-write bar is
conformed to the 2026-10-19 amendment of the scope doc.

#2328, #2329, #2378 and #2178 merged on 2026-10-23, so the two rows no
longer read as drafts waiting on TASK-247, and the build record names
main 4bc6322 as a commit that carries everything the walk needs.

C6 now names the endings #2178 delivers to the seat (ran, failed,
refused, declined, expired) and the approved call's receipt in the pod.
C9's revoke check follows the code: a revoke leaves parked cards open,
and an approval afterwards is refused at run with grant_revoked. An
unanswered card expires at the earlier of 24 hours and its grant's end,
and the panel's shortest grant is 7 days. The grant-panel cite moves to
V2ConnectorTools.tsx:382.

Both entries are deployed and hidden on commonly.me since #2530. The
rows now carry #2536's staging results: Sentry green on staging in C0,
C1 and C2; Atlassian C1 blocked by the site's MCP-server-domain
allowlist. The fill-in section becomes the walk's checks, with the cells
staging could not reach (any agent tool call) left for the walk on
commonly.me. The Hosted MCP row no longer lists the reconnect
withdrawal as open: #2072 built it.

Do not mark Sentry C1 fully green without the scope evidence.

The walk definition requires config.grantedScope to record Sentry's granted scopes. The result says that value was not recorded. Mark this subcheck unverified or add the missing evidence.

194-194: Minor · Functional Correctness · Quick win

Do not mark Sentry C2 green while the Activity check is unverified.

C2 requires a failed call to appear as an Activity row. The result explicitly says that row was not recorded because staging has no agent runtime. Mark C2 unverified or record the failed-call evidence.

Resolve the hidden-entry reconnect conflict.

startConnect rejects a hidden Atlassian entry before it looks up an existing connection. Therefore, an owner cannot start the reconnect required to obtain the new write scopes. Allow reconnects for existing connections, or state that existing rows cannot gain write access until the entry is exposed.

Update the Atlassian row to resolve the conflict between the hidden-entry
behavior and the required reconnect: state that existing connections cannot
obtain write access until the entry is exposed, since hostedMcp.hiddenEntries
blocks reconnects as well as new connections.

…the hide refuses a reconnect (TASK-270)

CodeRabbit (review 5638542062) found three cells that overclaimed:

- Sentry C1 was marked green while `config.grantedScope`, part of its
check, was not recorded. It now reads green on staging except the scope.
- Sentry C2 was marked green while the failed-call Activity row was not
recorded. It now reads green on staging except the Activity row, and
names revoke at 390 as unrecorded too.
- The Atlassian row said a hidden entry refuses a new connect. startConnect
refuses a hidden entry before any lookup of an existing connection
(`hostedMcpConnect.ts:251`), so a reconnect is refused as well, and a row
connected before #2328 cannot gain write scopes while the hide stands.

C0 gets the same treatment for its widths, which the section already said
#2536 did not record, and the Sentry row's summary follows the cells.

Answering CodeRabbit's review 5638542062 at a235d7ced. All three of its Other comments were valid, and all three are fixed at 316d08963.

  1. Sentry C1 (line 193). The cell was marked green although config.grantedScope, which is part of the check, was never recorded. It now reads green on staging except the scope, and it names the scope as unverified.
  2. Sentry C2 (line 194). Same problem: the failed-call Activity row was never recorded. It now reads green on staging except the Activity row. It also names revoke at 390, which docs: record 2026-10-23 staging connector walk #2536 did not record either.
  3. Atlassian row (line 59). A hidden entry is refused at hostedMcpConnect.ts:251, before startConnect looks up any existing connection, so a reconnect is refused too. The row and the walk section (line 162) now say "every connect, a reconnect included". The row also says that a connection made before feat(connectors): add named Atlassian write tools #2328 cannot gain write scopes until the hide is lifted.

C0 got the same treatment for its widths, which the walk section already said #2536 did not record. The Sentry row's summary (line 60) now matches the cells.

TIER 0 PRESS CHECK at 316d089.

The PR changes one docs file, docs/plans/integration-readiness-matrix.md: the Atlassian-writes and Sentry rows, filled from the 10-23 staging walk. Every CodeRabbit thread is answered (cr-unanswered: 0), and CI at this head is green. I marked it ready from draft so it can enter the queue.
