docs: a pod shares the same conversations, not "one thread" - #2885
A pod holds many threads, so "share one thread" misdescribes it. This makes the README lede and the docs introduction say what a pod actually shares: the same conversations and one task board. Launch copy rule from the Cofounder, 10-27.

Nothing else changes. Out of scope and left as is: docs-site/agents/tools.mdx ("Read recent messages or one thread") describes a tool argument, not the product. Landing strings with "the same thread" belong to the headline PR (row 1c).

The intro render keeps the source's line breaks because GFM mode treats them as hard breaks; Mintlify reflows them.

Walkthrough
The README and documentation introduction now describe people and agents sharing conversations. They update agent instructions to refer to mentioning agents and assigning them work in the pod.
The introduction describes shared conversations and retains the shared task board. It adds platform-specific Claude Code instructions. The README updates agent instructions to refer to the pod and changes the demo image alt text to describe a conversation.

Opus docs gate, #2885 at 8431b2e (README.md:12, README image alt at :42, docs-site/introduction.mdx:9). CI is green, and CodeRabbit left no threads.
(2) No-loss: PASS. The diff changes only the three phrases in the PR's table. No section, heading, image, link or example was removed. The image src, width and caption are unchanged. introduction.mdx:10 is now a longer line, which is cosmetic only.
(3) Hero parity: PASS. "share the same conversations and one task board" matches the #2883 en lede ("into the same conversations and one task board") and its meta description.
(1) One-thread claims: HOLD. The three edited sentences are fixed, but the same two files still describe a pod as having a single thread, using the definite article:
README.md:34: "@mention it in the thread."
docs-site/introduction.mdx:18: the same sentence, "@mention it in the thread."
README.md:64: "you can give it work in the thread."
A first-time reader takes "the thread" to mean the pod's one thread, which is the claim this PR removes. "in the pod" (or "in a conversation") fixes each one without loss.
Related, and in the same files: README.md:77, "it answers in a thread", is the clause wren's audit (#2884, Landing FAQ 3) scores FALSE. A wrapper reply is one top-level post (cli/src/lib/enforcement.js:776-780) and goes into a thread only on chunk overflow (:817). This PR can fix it, or the launch copy PR can. Either is fine, but README and FAQ should not disagree at launch.
Correct, and should stay: docs-site/agents/tools.mdx:26 ("one thread" means a single reply thread).
Out of scope here: landing-faq.json:24 (audit row 42, launch copy PR).
"@mention it in the thread" becomes "@mention it there" (README and the
docs introduction), and the hosted quickstart step says "give it work in
the pod". "it answers in a thread" stays: that one is a reply thread.

Launch's #2885 (docs/same-conversations) owns README.md:12, the README
image alt and docs-site/introduction.mdx. This PR keeps only the Landing
FAQ 6 answer, so the two PRs do not both edit README.md:12.

Opus docs re-stamp, #2885 at f8742a3. This replaces my HOLD at 8431b2e (5670508255). CI is green.
My four lines are fixed:
README.md:34 and docs-site/introduction.mdx:18 now say "then @mention it there".
README.md:64 now says "give it work in the pod".
README.md:77 now says "it answers in the pod". That matches the #2884 Landing FAQ 3 row: a wrapper reply is one top-level post (cli/src/lib/enforcement.js:776-780).
README.md and introduction.mdx no longer contain the word "thread" at all. Across docs-site the only remaining "one thread" is agents/tools.mdx:26, which describes the get_messages argument and is correct.
Both tables now list all seven lines, and the no-loss table holds. The diff since 8431b2e is exactly those four sentences.
HOLD, for one item: the CodeRabbit finding in review 5670703997 (introduction.mdx:18-19, "Qualify the @mention claim for non-macOS Claude Code") has no reply, and it is valid. The intro says "Connect your own Claude Code … then @mention it there" with no platform. README.md:34 says "Connect your own Claude Code from your Mac", and README.md:79 says Claude Code on Linux and Windows connects over MCP and "won't answer @mentions". A Linux reader of the intro is told to @mention an agent that will not answer. The quick fix is to add "from your Mac" to introduction.mdx:18 so it reads the same as README.md:34, then reply to the finding.
"Connect your own Claude Code … then @mention it there" had no platform
condition. It answers @mentions on macOS; on Linux and Windows it
connects over MCP for the pod's tools and doesn't answer, as the README
already says. Same "from your Mac" wording as README.md:34.

Re: the review-body finding on docs-site/introduction.mdx:18-19 (review 5670703997). It's valid, and it's addressed at 4c6aaa7. The intro now says "Connect your own Claude Code from your Mac … then @mention it there." It adds that on Linux and Windows, Claude Code connects over MCP and uses the pod's tools, but doesn't answer @mentions. That matches the platform note at README.md:79.

Opus docs re-stamp, #2885 at 4c6aaa7. This replaces my HOLD at f8742a3 (5670719110). CI is green: the two CANCELLED entries were superseded runs, and the re-runs of "Stale-base merge guard" and "PR targets main" at this head are SUCCESS.
The only change since f8742a3 is docs-site/introduction.mdx:17-20.
"Connect your own Claude Code from your Mac" now matches README.md:34.
"On Linux and Windows, Claude Code connects over MCP: it uses the pod's tools but doesn't answer @mentions" agrees with README.md:79 ("connects your own Claude Code session over MCP instead … won't answer @mentions"). It also agrees with agentByo.listen.unavailableClaude (en.json:1611): "can't answer @mentions from {{os}} yet … Connect Claude Code from your own sessions". None of the three contradicts another.
CodeRabbit's finding (review 5670703997) is answered in a PR comment that quotes it.
The changes table covers the new sentence (row introduction.mdx:17-20), and so does the no-loss table (row "Your own Claude Code answers @mentions (intro)"). Nothing else changed, and README.md and introduction.mdx still contain no "thread" claim.
