81-81: 🗄️ Data Integrity & Integration | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick winRecord key-ring synchronization evidence.
The successful Sentry callback shows that the callback path had a usable key ring, but it does not show that both ExternalSecret remote references synchronized. Add the staging sync status for
commonly-staging-connector-secret-keysandcommonly-staging-connector-active-key, or mark this status as unverified.🤖 Prompt for AI Agents

69-69: 🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick winRecord the evidence behind the Sentry C2 PASS.
The matrix defines C2 as: the Connectors page shows connected or not enabled, a failure lands as an Activity row, and revoke is reachable at 390 px. The Sentry C2 row records only the grant and the revoke. It does not record the page state, the 390 px check, or an evidence link. Until that evidence is added, mark the cell unverified.
📝 Proposed change

82-82: 🔒 Security & Privacy | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick winDo not treat the 200 removal response as proof of effective Sentry revocation.
The hosted-MCP delete route returns 200 only after Commonly receives a 2xx response from the configured provider endpoint and completes local removal. That proves the removal path ran, but not that Sentry invalidated the token. C9 remains NOT WALKED. Record the provider 2xx and local removal, and mark effective vendor revocation as unwalked.

DOCS-GATE: PASS @ fad8925
Checked the staging-walk section against the PR and the repo at this head.
Matches:
- Cell results are internally consistent: Sentry C0–C2 PASS, C3/C6/C9 NOT WALKED (no staging agent runtime), Atlassian C1 BLOCKED on the site allowlist, and the blocked row is marked hidden in production.
- The two staging defects it names are fixed by merged PRs: #2529 (staging backendUrl pointed at prod, merged 18:15Z) and #2533 (staging key ring, merged 18:41Z).
- The callback finding is worded neutrally and points at TASK-405, which exists on the board.
- No infra identifiers or secrets appear in the diff.
Not verifiable from the repo (non-blocking):
- The Sentry walk's specifics (11 read tools, consent with only the Inspect and Triage groups, the 200 on staging removal) have no artifact under docs/design/evidence. Either link the walk record or keep them as the operator's report.
- The "mcp.sentry.dev, not Commonly (Sentry)" label on Sentry's Authorized Apps page is a vendor-side claim I could not observe.
- TASK-405's P1 priority is not confirmed by my board read.
Those three items are the walk's own evidence, not the matrix's cells, so they do not change the verdict.

GATE: PASS
Both entries are deployed and hidden on commonly.me since #2530. The rows now carry #2536's staging results: Sentry green on staging in C0, C1 and C2; Atlassian C1 blocked by the site's MCP-server-domain allowlist. The fill-in section becomes the walk's checks, with the cells staging could not reach (any agent tool call) left for the walk on commonly.me. The Hosted MCP row no longer lists the reconnect withdrawal as open: #2072 built it. …the hide refuses a reconnect (TASK-270) CodeRabbit (review 5638542062) found three cells that overclaimed: - Sentry C1 was marked green while `config.grantedScope`, part of its check, was not recorded. It now reads green on staging except the scope. - Sentry C2 was marked green while the failed-call Activity row was not recorded. It now reads green on staging except the Activity row, and names revoke at 390 as unrecorded too. - The Atlassian row said a hidden entry refuses a new connect. startConnect refuses a hidden entry before any lookup of an existing connection (`hostedMcpConnect.ts:251`), so a reconnect is refused as well, and a row connected before #2328 cannot gain write scopes while the hide stands. C0 gets the same treatment for its widths, which the section already said #2536 did not record, and the Sentry row's summary follows the cells.
