These are two traps from rebuilding the ledger on the six-PR t27f stack (#10792, #10806, #10816, #10822, #10830, #10800). Both go into .claude/skills/t27b-loop/SKILL.md, so the next tick avoids them.

• The make-it-match recipe said to check git merge-tree --write-tree HEAD FETCH_HEAD. In a loop over several branches, each branch fetch overwrites FETCH_HEAD. The merge-base and row diff then compared a lane with itself and reported no lane rows. The skill now says origin/master, fetched once into a named ref.
• Every branch in a stack carries its base PRs' rows, and those rows are already on master once the base merges. The rebuilt ledger takes only the rows master still lacks. On this stack that was one row (specs/t27f/glyph57.t27), plus specs/skills/t27-idea-factory.t27 on skills: t27/idea-factory card -- TRI CLAW unpacks any idea in any particle preset (Closes #10796) #10800.
