Create a settings file

Locate the settings file template

• the settings file is in the "templates" folder of the ECCpy program directory
• eccpy, templates, ECCpy_settings_template.xlsx

Copy settings template

• copy to your desired folder and rename

Tabs in the settings file:

• settings
• user-defined parameters (dose units, minimum rsquared value, etc)
• files
• files to be analysed
• samplenames
• sample order in figures, control sample used for normalisation, etc.

The explanations tab contains tips and help regarding the columns.
