docs(audits): claim table skeleton, one section per first-touch page (TASK-008) - #2781
Adds docs/audits/claim-table.md, the table that fleet-efficiency.md §6 names as the home of every docs claim. TASK-008 (the truth audit of the first-touch pages) fills it.
What it holds
The five verdicts. The brief names WALKED, STALE and FALSE. This adds TRUE for a claim backed by a file:line on main, the other kind of evidence §6 allows. It also adds CUT for a claim GTM asked to be walked or cut, when the walk didn't happen in time.
One section per page, each naming its owner row: README (TASK-010), quickstart and introduction (TASK-011), bring your own agent (TASK-012), connectors and grants (TASK-014), self-host (TASK-013), pricing (TASK-015). Each page PR edits only its own section, so six PRs can merge in any order without conflicting.
Pricing: the docs site has no pricing page. GTM's first pass took that to mean pricing has no page anywhere, but commonly.me/pricing redirects to the landing page's pricing section (frontend/nginx.conf:36). That section makes plan claims (Self-host, Cloud free, Pro), so TASK-015 audits it.
Checked: every file:line cited resolves at this PR's base. They are frontend/nginx.conf:36, frontend/src/v2/landing/V2LandingPage.tsx:827 and frontend/src/i18n/locales/en.json:981. The §6 anchor matches the heading ## 6. Claims.
Tier 0 (docs only). It merges once every CodeRabbit finding is answered and CI is green.
…(TASK-008)
Each child row of TASK-008 fills its own section, so the page PRs merge
without conflicting. The pricing section records that the docs have no
pricing page, and points at the landing section /pricing redirects to.

Explanation
The description states that it adds docs/audits/claim-table.md and explains its contents: the five verdicts, one section per first-touch page with owner rows, and the pricing page audit scope. It also cites the file:line references the table uses. This matches the raw summary of the changeset, which adds the claim audit table with verdicts, freshness rules, and page-specific sections.

Preserve the weekly re-walk requirement.
docs/agents/fleet-efficiency.md §6 requires the first-touch pages to be re-walked every week. These lines state only a 14-day limit and permit waiting until the next release batch. That can allow stale evidence for more than one week. State the weekly cadence here while retaining the 14-day expiry.

fleet-efficiency.md §6 sets two clocks: evidence expires after 14 days,
and the first-touch pages are re-walked every week. The table's intro
named only the first.

CodeRabbit's review at 4128bac (pullrequestreview-5647899306) had one finding, in the review body rather than a thread: the intro gave the 14-day expiry but not the weekly re-walk of first-touch pages.
Valid. docs/agents/fleet-efficiency.md §6 on main (lines 96–100) sets both clocks. Fixed in b9af1dc: the intro now says the first-touch pages (quickstart, bring your own agent, connectors, self-host, pricing) are re-walked every week. The 14-day rule is unchanged.
Split the combined Quickstart and introduction section so each source page has its own section.
The table states that each page has its own section, so each page PR can edit its own section. The section at lines 32–37 combines docs-site/quickstart.mdx and docs-site/introduction.mdx under one heading and one table. A quickstart PR and an introduction PR both edit that same block. This conflicts with the table's per-page rule. The shared owner TASK-011 does not remove the boundary violation. Separate sections fix it, and the owner line for each section can keep TASK-011.
