feat(v2): D223 shared primitives and /v2/_primitives (TASK-730 PR2) - #3144
Keys: primary (ink), cobalt, secondary (white), ghost, small, icon. 34px high, 10px radius, pressed state and focus ring.
Segment, chip, badge, dot, toggle.
Grouped rows, card, drawer:v2p-list / v2p-lrow / v2p-gtitle, v2p-tc, v2p-drawer (400px, pop shadow, 14px radius on the left).
Tokens: every colour and radius reads a --v2-* token. The artboard's short names are mapped in the stylesheet header, not copied.
Route:/v2/_primitives is a public static page with no data and no auth. Say if it should be gated.
Also in this PR
Removes a duplicate --v2-font-display that PR1 added to the light set. It overrode the loaded Bricolage Grotesque Variable face defined earlier in the same block.
Verification
v2Primitives.test.tsx and signalTokens.test.ts: 9/9 pass.
primitives.css reads only --v2-* tokens; every v2p- class the page uses is defined.
Frontend tsc clean for src/. Lint has no errors, and the three warnings match existing .tsx files.
Not yet done
The 1440/390 light and dark side-by-side and the frame diff against docs/design/artboards/d215. They need a rendered /v2/_primitives on a preview or staging. This PR was opened ready so the diff can run on it.

lifted from the d215 artboard's product CSS. Classes carry a v2p- prefix so
they do not collide with the existing v2 chip, dot and pane rules, and every

Served at /v2/_primitives as a static showcase, with no data and no auth.

primitives.css reads only --v2-* tokens; v2Primitives.test.tsx pins that,

Review on #3144 found the showcase broke at 390: the row label column kept
180px, the drawer was a fixed 400px inside a 298px pane, and the header
overflowed. A max-width 480px block now stacks the rows, makes the drawer a
full sheet, wraps the header, and hides the rail.
The artboard's seg and chip radius is 7px, not 8px. Adds --v2-r-7 to the
light set and uses it on those two primitives.
