PushScriptArg0

Pushes the first word of the caller-supplied VM context (the 4-word ctx pointer passed into BytecodeVM_ExecuteScript).

Syntax

PushScriptArg0()

Remarks

Pushes *(g_VMContextPtr+0) onto the VM stack.

Pushes the first word of the caller-supplied VM context (the 4-word ctx pointer passed into BytecodeVM_ExecuteScript). This is how a script reads arguments handed to it by whatever triggered it (e.g. the entity/interaction that invoked a dialog-attached script). See DBZKit/Dialog_Format.md for how dialog mode-0 script entries receive their context.

Examples

Minimal illustrative encoding (synthetic, not from a real ROM script):

0x02, 0x04        // Step -> BytecodeVM_PushScriptArg0
