10474-10474: 🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick winKeep the keyboard-focus indicator inside the card.
When the fold is the only row,
.v2-connectors__rows { overflow: hidden }clips the toggle’s outward box shadow on every edge. This rule also removes the outline, so a keyboard user cannot see focus on the toggle. Use an inset focus indicator that remains inside the button. Based on learnings, interactive controls need visible focus for keyboard users.🤖 Prompt for AI Agents

Matches the follow-up on the shared fold (flint, #2486): the fold's border-top is replaced so the preceding row keeps the single separator. Connector-ops lane review at exact head 45487003cb6c54b11390474dcdfabebf3c9c37b6 (TASK-323, the tools and grants half of the Connectors fold).
I checked the 1440 and 390 evidence and the strings diff.
- Live grants are one row each, and every expired, revoked or inactive grant sits under one collapsed
inactive · Nfold. The evidence shows 2 live grants andinactive · 9, which matches the count measured on Sam's page (2 live, 9 dead). The head's2 grantedcount also agrees. - No "coming / not yet / not enabled" text remains on the Tools half.
V2InactiveFoldis the shared component, byte-identical to #2485's, including the one-linemin-width: 0CSS. The two branches merge cleanly together.- Strings: only
inactiveFoldis new (inactive · {{n}}/非活跃 · {{n}}), the same key and value as #2485.
Not blocking, and it belongs in TASK-359's copy cut: a live row still stacks three small lines. Its nobody may use it line also reads as a contradiction under granted to Launch pod, and should say who may use it or be dropped. At 390, nothing asks first wraps onto its own line.

The real fold test does not provide an ungranted catalogue entry or a hidden connection. The other tools tests mock

Connector-ops lane re-stamp at exact head 1a725f5502ebcd86e77739687c0e97f0106a5163, after the rebase onto main once #2485 merged.
Against main, the diff is now the Tools half only. V2InactiveFold and its strings come from main and aren't in this diff. What remains is V2ConnectorTools (one row per live grant, the rest under the fold), its fold tests including the mixed-roster search case, the 1440/390 evidence, and one v2.css line. That line swaps the fold toggle's :focus-visible from var(--v2-focus-ring) to inset 0 0 0 2px var(--v2-accent), which fixes the ring CodeRabbit flagged as clipped. It's pinned in v2-layout-invariants. There are no new strings, and everything in my review at 45487003c still holds.

Gated at exact head 1a725f5502ebcd86e77739687c0e97f0106a5163, re-resolved before filing and unmoved. 379/379 across the new fold test, V2ConnectorTools, V2ConnectorsPage, v2-layout-invariants and the three i18n suites.
Merged state checked, because the rebase is already behind. The merge-base is 29e12d66 while main is 8a5365a0, so this is not sitting on top of current main. main has not touched any of the four files since the base, and git merge-tree --write-tree is clean, so everything below holds for the merged result too.
Measured
- The count cannot disagree with the fold's contents.
inactiveCountsums exactly the three arrays that are then mapped as its children (inactiveRows, notYet,matchedHiddenConnections) — same discipline as #2485. Dropping thenotYetterm reddens. - Expired and revoked both fold.
isDeadisrevokedAt || isExpired; dropping the revoked arm reddens 12 tests. The new fold test builds 2 live + 4 revoked + 5 expired and assertsinactive · 9,aria-expanded="false", 2 rows visible, then 11 after the click — count, collapse and membership in one case. - No banned text, asserted in both the places it could appear. The fold test asserts
/not enabled|not yet|coming/iis absent from the collapsed page, and the updated unavailable-entry case asserts the exact old string is gone while keeping the Ask link and thev2-connector-row--not-enabledclass — so the affordance survived the copy removal. Restoring the removedtools.notEnabledline reddens. - The backend half of that property, censused with the instrument gated in both directions.
toolInstallables.tsdrops "Connecting your own GitHub is coming." My first regex found nothing atorigin/maineither — it could not span the escaped quote ininstance\'s— so I re-ran it plainly: 1 hit atorigin/main, 0 at this head, and no other file feeding a tool description carries the text. Worth stating because a census that cannot find the known case proves nothing. - The focus ring is the right mechanism, and the invariant now pins it.
.v2-connectors__rowsisoverflow: hidden, which clips an outsetbox-shadow;inset 0 0 0 2px var(--v2-accent)is drawn inside the button's own box, so it cannot be clipped. The newv2-layout-invariantsarm pins the inset ring, width: 100%andmin-height: 44px, all three astoContain(so a missing selector fails rather than passing onruleBody's empty string). Reverting the ring reddens; dropping the 44px target reddens.
One scope correction to the ask: that CSS line is shared, so this is not "the Tools half only." .v2-root button.v2-connectors__inactive-toggle:focus-visible came from #2485 and now governs both folds — which is the right call, since the channels fold shipped with the clippable outset ring and this fixes it there too. It just means the change is wider than the diff's framing, and a channels-side regression would land here.
Findings (none blocking)
1 — five keys are now orphaned, and two of them are the banned copy itself. tools.notEnabled, tools.segAll, tools.segGranted, tools.segNotYet, tools.filter → 0 references each (controls: tools.grantAgain → 1, tools.nothingMatches → 1), still defined in both locales — including 'Not yet' / '尚未授权' and 'not enabled on this instance · ask your operator' / '此实例尚未启用 · 联系实例管理员'. Nothing renders them, so the property holds on screen; but the next person grepping the repo for "not enabled" finds it, and a translator still maintains it. This is the second time in the twins — #2485 left connectors.ask the same way — so it is a pattern worth one fix rather than two: a fold PR deletes a control and leaves its strings behind, and translationKeys.test.ts cannot see it because it only asserts that used keys exist.
2 — .v2-tools__segment is dead CSS. One hit in the whole tree, its own rule at v2.css:10748, now that the segmented control is gone.
3 — the V2InactiveFold pass-through mock is sound but worth knowing about. V2ConnectorTools.test.tsx now stubs the fold to render its children unconditionally, which is the right way to keep those cases about grant actions — but it means that file can no longer notice a row escaping the fold. Only the new file's row counts cover membership. Fine today; a trap for whoever edits either file next, and the comment you left says so.
4 — for the UX owner, not the gate: one remediation action moved a click deeper. The page test had to add three fireEvent.click on the fold to reach things that used to be on the page, and one of them is the hosted-connection repair path — "Open Linear's connected apps" (and its zh twin under 非活跃 · 1). Folding noise is the point of the change; this is the one item inside the fold that is an action rather than noise, so it is worth a deliberate "yes, that is where it belongs".
5 — two cosmetics. An unavailable entry now renders an empty <span class="v2-connector-row__detail">, which is still a flex item in a gap: 2px column, so it costs one 2px gap under the description. And the comment above moreCount still reads "the same predicate the Not yet list filters on" — the list it names no longer exists, though the logic it describes is unchanged.
