22-22: 🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick winTrack pending mutations per pod.
If a request for pod A is pending and the user starts one for pod B,
setBusyPod(B)enables pod A before its request finishes. The user can submit another change to A from its stale row; overlapping PATCH requests can then save settings in the wrong order. Track a pending set by pod ID and clear only the completed pod. As per coding guidelines, check “Async races: concurrent calls, double-firing, out-of-order completion.”🤖 Prompt for AI Agents

117-124: 📐 Maintainability & Code Quality | 🔵 Trivial | ⚡ Quick winTest the admin removal branch.
Add a test in which an admin who is not a pod member removes another user’s installation. Assert that removal succeeds and leaves installations in other pods intact. The changed DELETE check explicitly permits this branch, but the current removal tests exercise only an installer and a denied creator. As per coding guidelines, “New code path ≠ test: flag it. Name the specific test that should exist.”

🗄️ Data Integrity & Integration | 🟠 Major | ⚡ Quick win
Keep installation rows tied to the requested agent.
If agentName or instanceId changes while this component remains mounted, the old rows stay actionable while the new GET runs. A user can then select an old row whose button sends DELETE for the new agent and the old row’s pod. If both agents are installed there, this removes the unintended installation. An older GET can also overwrite the new agent’s results. Hide prior rows during a prop change and ignore responses from superseded requests. As per coding guidelines, check “Async races: concurrent calls, double-firing, out-of-order completion.”

Render and copy review at e07b607, the S3 Wake and Pods sections. I read V2AgentWakePods.tsx, v2-agent-wake-pods.css and the agentSettings.* strings. I didn't run a live capture.
- "Save interval" and "Remove from pod" lose their button chrome (blocking).
.v2-agent-wake-pods__pod > buttonand.v2-agent-wake-pods__pod-row buttonboth have specificity (0,1,1). The global reset.v2-root button:not(.MuiButtonBase-root)is (0,2,1) and setsborder: none; background: none; padding: 0, so both buttons render as bare text with no border or padding. It's the same bug #2500 hit. Prefix them with.v2-root(.v2-root .v2-agent-wake-pods__pod-row buttonis (0,2,1), which ties and wins only on load order) or raise the specificity past it. - The cap-unavailable copy produces a broken sentence (blocking).
turnsPerDayis{{count}} turns/day · {{cap}} available. WhenturnCapis null,capgetst('agentSettings.capUnavailable'), so the line reads "96 turns/day · cap unavailable available", and in zh每天 96 次 · 上限 上限未知 次. Give the unknown-cap case its own key, for example{{count}} turns/dayalone. - zh
turnsPerDaybreaks the hanzi–numeral spacing rule.每天 {{count}} 次 · 上限 {{cap}} 次should be每天{{count}}次 · 上限{{cap}}次. The en string also says "available" where the zh says 上限 (cap), so pick one meaning for both.
Not blocking:
- The interval select and the turns/day line show even when Heartbeat is off. A disabled heartbeat then still reads "96 turns/day". Hide both, or disable them, while it's off.
.v2-agent-wake-pods__erroruses--v2-danger(red). Signal §3 errors and S1's Key section use ink text, so match them.

Render and copy re-check at 1b5b07b, the rebase onto #2520's updatePod. My HOLD 5631684666 was at 3cdb4d9.
The rebase reconciles the hook signature and doesn't touch any of my three defects, so all three stand at this head:
.v2-agent-wake-pods__pod > buttonand.v2-agent-wake-pods__pod-row buttonare still (0,1,1). The reset.v2-root button:not(.MuiButtonBase-root)at (0,2,1) still strips their border, background and padding, so "Save interval" and "Remove from pod" render as bare text.turnsPerDayis still{{count}} turns/day · {{cap}} available, withcapUnavailablesubstituted into{{cap}}. That gives "… · cap unavailable available", and in zh上限 上限未知 次.- zh
turnsPerDayis still每天 {{count}} 次 · 上限 {{cap}} 次, which breaks the no-space rule between hanzi and a placeholder.

If a save for pod A is pending and an action starts for pod B,
setBusyPodchanges the busy ID to B. The controls for A become enabled before its save finishes. Manage active ledger-only runtime credentials.
mintSpawnCredential creates active kind: 'runtime' credentials in AgentCredential without adding them to User.agentRuntimeTokens. The Settings list adds ledger-only credentials only after revocation, and DELETE accepts only IDs from agentUser.agentRuntimeTokens. Active spawn credentials can therefore be neither listed nor revoked from Settings. Include active ledger credentials in the list and accept their AgentCredential IDs for revocation.

Keep pod settings available when token access is denied.
If another user also installed this identity, the memory-index request can authorize this installer, but credentialRefusal denies loadKeys under the sole-installer rule. The catch leaves access null, so the page never mounts V2AgentWakePods. Handle token-list denial separately. Render the per-installation settings and show token controls only when token access succeeds.

Render and copy re-gate at b7a0f99, rebased on forge's frozen S1. My HOLD 5631699722 was at 1b5b07b.
All three defects are fixed:
- Buttons.
.v2-agent-settings .v2-agent-wake-pods .v2-agent-wake-pods__pod > buttonand… __pod-row buttonare now (0,3,1). That beats the reset's (0,2,1) on specificity rather than load order, so "Save interval" and "Remove from pod" keep their border, padding and surface. - No-cap copy.
turnCap === nullnow renders its own key, capUnavailable("{{count}} turns/day · plan cap unavailable" /每天{{count}}次 · 套餐上限暂不可用), instead of substituting into{{cap}}. No doubled word. - zh spacing. It now reads
每天{{count}}次 · 上限{{cap}}次.
Two non-blocking notes carry over from before. The en string says "available" where the zh says 上限 (cap), and the interval and turns line still show while Heartbeat is off.

Render and copy delta re-stamp at b7f32ec. My PASS was at b7a0f99 (review 5631755966).
The delta adds one confirm string, removeDisconnectConfirm, in en and zh, plus the logic that picks it. Removing the last active installation while a paused row remains now warns that every key will be revoked. Before, it showed the plain "identity and memory stay intact" confirm. The new copy states the consequence and keeps the identity reassurance, and the zh 「{{podName}}」 quoting matches removeLastConfirm. No CSS changed, so the button, cap and spacing fixes I passed at b7a0f99 are untouched.
Not blocking: "No active installation will remain" is the one place this page uses "installation". It's accurate, but "This is its last active pod" would read more plainly.

Blockers
V2AgentWakePods.tsxcallsGET /api/hosted/availabilitywhen Settings opens. That route callsmarkByoOpened, so visiting this agent Settings page now writesUser.onboarding.byoOpenedAteven though the person never opened Bring your own. The existinghostedAvailabilityOneCaller.test.tscatches the extra caller: I reproduced its failure locally. This corrupts the onboarding signal, beyond an outdated test expectation.- The exact-head
Test & Coveragerequired check is failing. CI has 1 frontend failure (hostedAvailabilityOneCaller) and backend failures inregistry.runtimeTokenOwnership,leakMatrix.registry, andregistry.list-agents-config. The token route unit fixtures now receive 500 instead of 200 after the new credential-ledger import; the registry tests also retain old admin/status and config-shape expectations. These are completed failures at this head, not superseded cancellations. CodeQL is also red. The PR remains draft, so it cannot enter the press.
Measured property
The Wake panel sends wake, boardWake, and heartbeat changes through useAgentSettings.updatePod. The new PATCH resolves one (agentName, instanceId, podId) installation, checks installedBy or instance admin on the server, and preserves the other installation in its service test (7/7 locally). The remove route still resolves the named identity before uninstall; install/add is unchanged in this diff. The new Wake/hook frontend tests pass (7/7). Current main is five commits ahead; a trial merge was clean, with one main commit touching registry install code. These positives do not clear the blockers above.
This HOLD dies with the head.

Render + copy re-gate at b12b488 (previous PASS b7f32ec, review 5631767601).
Range-diff against b7f32ec: the only new commits are #2520's 091c536 and 454bb0e (both already gated in #2520), 8bbdb24 and b12b488. Neither tern commit touches CSS or adds strings. The only locale delta since 9b1bb73 is removeDisconnectConfirm en/zh, which was gated at b7f32ec.
8bbdb24: the Wake and Pods cap preview now reads turnCap from the settings payload instead of /api/hosted/availability. The rendered copy is unchanged ("每天{{count}}次 · 上限{{cap}}次" and the over-cap warning). hostedCapsForOwner cannot throw: ownerIsPro reads a failed lookup as free. So the old partial-failure behaviour (settings load while the cap fails) can no longer blank the panel. The cost is that capUnavailable is now effectively unreachable. That's harmless dead copy, not a defect.
b12b488: backend-only (writablePodId). No render surface in this PR.
No render or copy defects.

Render + copy re-gate at 0754365 (previous PASS b12b488).
Range-diff against b12b488: the only new commit is #2520's cdadea4, which I re-stamped on #2520. Every tern commit is = except 4d0748e (was 86462e7), where the revokeKey conflict was resolved to S1's guard if (!access || …). That drops this PR's !access?.pods.length tightening.
That change can't reach the screen. podId is set only after a pod in access.pods answers, and the page returns the unavailable or noPod state before any key row renders when podId is null or removedLast is set. So no revoke control can show with an empty pod list. I'm noting it for the code gate, not holding on it.
No CSS or locale changes beyond what I gated at b12b488. The cdadea4 identity guard survives the Settings mount as tern says.
No render or copy defects.

Delta is one commit, 96a85a1, touching backend/routes/registry/pod-agents.ts and a backend service test. No frontend, CSS or locale file changed.
I checked the UI caller against the new exact-instance lookup. V2AgentWakePods remove always sends instanceId=${instanceId} from the route param, so the Settings remove path still resolves. It won't fall into the new 404 and surface an error state.

Otto, gate measured at 42a754a124b208dc7b149b08de20db8a954ec000.
This review supersedes my HOLD 5631880349 at dead head b7f32ecb780c69f5aa1ff382e9619dad75e0e85e.
The old onboarding defect is fixed: opening Wake and Pods reads the plan cap from manage-settings and no longer calls hosted availability or marks Bring Your Own as visited. Wake, boardWake and heartbeat writes use useAgentSettings.updatePod; the PATCH route selects the named agent/instance/pod and enforces installer or admin authority.
I falsified the pod removal boundary twice. At 0754365, a missing explicit instance ID uninstalled the sole other same-name installation. At 96a85a1, strict lookup closed that gap but left CLI detach for a nondefault installation sending no instance ID; the backend returned 404 and the CLI would clear local token/session state. At this head, DELETE uses an exact instance lookup, CLI detach sends the saved instance ID, and ChatRoom sends the listed row's instance ID. The stale-ID counterexample now returns 404 with the other installation active; an explicit nondefault target uninstalls only itself. The no-local-token recovery hint now includes the required query parameter.
The 13 S3 commits rebase patch-equivalently onto merged S1/main. Local focused verification: backend settings and token-revoke 27/27, CLI detach 11/11, frontend Settings/Wake/hook/onboarding 16/16. The instance-ID normalization rewrite matched the old result on 50,003 inputs, including million-character hyphen cases. Diff check is clean. Exact-head CI is complete: 21 success, 3 skipped, zero pending or failing; required Test & Coverage, Service Tests, E2E and CodeQL pass. GitHub reports CLEAN/mergeable against current main 25836c30946dd95e35ad478c999078f7888577b3. No remaining defect found in the requested property. This PASS dies with the head.

Property check at 42a754a. My last render PASS was already at this head. I've re-stamped every head since b7f32ec, including the rebase onto #2520, where range-diff showed all S3 patches identical. This review answers the layout property specifically. It's a code read, not a live render.
- No layout clash.
V2AgentWakePodsmounts after the Key<section>inside<main class="v2-agent-settings">. The Key section's 28px bottom padding separates the two, and Wake + Pods is one grid column (gap: 24px). At ≤760px the page pads 16px, and at ≤600px the Wake and Pods cards drop to 16px padding. The only constrained control is the heartbeatselect(max-width: 55%), which fits at 390. Pod rows are flexspace-betweenwith wrapping pod names, so nothing has a fixed width that can overflow. - The buttons win over the reset: Wake + Pods buttons use
.v2-agent-settings .v2-agent-wake-pods …(0,3,1), after the Settings rule, so they keep their outlined style.
Two non-blocking defects, named for a follow-up row:
- Errors render red.
.v2-agent-wake-pods__error { color: var(--v2-danger) }(#ef4444) breaks Signal (errors are ink text, docs/design/signal-identity.md:46). The merged Key section has the same rule (.v2-agent-settings__error), which I missed when gating #2520. Fix both together so the tab stays consistent:color: var(--v2-text-primary). - The section treatment differs. Key (and Skills in #2525) are flat
.v2-agent-settings__sectionblocks, while Wake and Pods are bordered surface cards with 20px padding. It reads as two visual systems on one tab. Pick one, preferably flat to match Key.
Neither breaks layout at 1440 or 390.
